Do mot trust this company. I ordered in the christmas holidays, it still hasnt arrived. They keep sending me automated emails, tracking emails that are fake - and now thwy are saying they cant track once it leaves the us. Total crap service. Fake cheery customer service that are lying. And they refuse to reimburse because apparently they shipped - yes I stupidly bought two. And they have not stopped spamming me other nonsense devices. Rubbish. The whole experience is poor.
Edited- this reply is the same email they keep sending me. Then they say its been shipped and can’t be traced and cant give a refund because they shipped it. Such a scam.

Habe es doch noch einmal versucht, den PhotoStick von 03-2023 zu reanimieren, 256 GB, und ihn versucht, mit einem Uebersetzungsprogramm besser zu verstehen. Aber leider ist es mir trotzdem wieder nicht gelungen, ihn mit meinen Fotos aus verschiedenen Quellen, wie in der Werbung versprochen, zu füllen!
Erfahrungsgemäss ist der Support nur bedingt erreichbar, auch wenn diverse Benutzer, wie man lesen kann, mit 5 Sternen unendlich begeistert sind, drum habe ich jetzt leider einfach mal eine kostenintensive Erfahrung gemacht und sie für mich abgehakt!

Udfra annoncen tror man, at der følger multistik med, men der kommer kun et usb stik. Stikket kan ikke bruges til telefonen og det betyder, at man ikke kan sikre fotos uden pc eller at købe et multistik udover. Mam får ikke, hvad man betaler for 😡

I bought a PhotoStick for a Christmas gift and it doesn't do the majority of what it is supposed to do. I paid a lot of money and it was supposed to be a special gift. The whole experience was a rip off.

After I notified your company about the missing package you ask for information about what happened. You verified my info and let me know it was being shipped express mail which is more than you had to do. Thanks for your help and quick correction. The difference in a happy customer is the person that gets the complaint handled. You do a great job for your company and make a big difference in how the customer feels about doing business with them again. I will continue be a customer with this kind of service.

I wanted to use this device to preserve all my photos using a separate storage device not attached to my computer. While the device did find and copy a lot of photos, documents, images, etc., there were no real instructions how to organize them AFTER they were copied. When I checked my main computer file locations, I found photos were "skipped" from the same file (not all the photos which were not duplicates were NOT copied that were in the same file with no error codes given). There appeared to be no way to organize the photos in a similar manner as I had them organized on my main computer. For this reason, I returned the product and did receive a full refund. (Although, I did have to pay for the return shipping.) I gave 2 stars because the return and refund process was excellent. Otherwise, this review would be one star. The product did not perform to my expectation. While simple to operate, the functionality, accuracy of copying, and ability to organize AFTER down load was significantly lacking. Therefore, I would say DON'T waste your time and money. I bought a 1 T hard drive for $44 on Amazon and it works perfectly in allowing me to easily copy all my photos, documents,etc. from my main computer in the SAME file organization as my main computer. Spend your money on a hard drive or SSD before buying this product.

It all sounded so easy in the ads...
Read the instructions, down loaded the ap onto my Samsung S21 android phone, plugged in the stick.
this is when I thought technology would take over and all I had to do was press the Go button!...but sadly no, it started asking me questions about this file and that and something about a root base one...After implicitly following various videoed instructions and endless re-loads I slowly started to disappear up my own backside. Tomorrow I'm going to go down the garden to see if I can find where everything landed then take the remains along to the local computer whizz kid for confirmation...that my 256GB stick is a piece of junk. Thank you.

I received a message stating Stix had been delivered. They were not. Emailed their zen desk. REAL PERSON responded, immediately, sending replacement. Company was the terrific!

Ordered. Never received. Tracking said DHL sent it back. Never received any form of communication from DHL re delivery. Contacted supplier asking for reimbursement. Automated responses to my emails. No product received, no reimbursement either. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely shocking customer service trying to get a solution to my phhotostick issues since October 1st keep opening a ticket send a silly automated response and close the ticket. This stick has all my pictures on it and now can’t access it

Do stay away! Buying ThePhotoStick is a total waste of money. And as if this wasn't enough, one's mail box is invaded by endless offers from TPS. So far I have not been able to unsubscribe from this aggressive "service" in spite of mail sent to TPS. An absolute disgrace...

Poor experience
Omninstick doesn't work as stated on their website.
They don’t tell you you need third party software that doesn’t work on mac. The stick plug in points dint work. You couldn’t delete. I took it to my tech shop and paid to have it checked.
they couldn’t get it work either, so the hours I spent hours trying to use it were wasted. Company would not refund because the warranty is for 30 days which breaches Australian consumer laws, but they don’t care. They clearly know the product is crap which is why it’s a 30 day warranty.
It wasn’t cheap for effectively a usb stick.
Will dispute the charge with my credit card card. Otherwise will file a dispute in QCAT. Don’t buy it. Its a waste.

Bought the easy to use photostick, NOT easy to use, the whole speel is horseshit, what a pain in the ass, says easy to use, just plug it in and go, wrong, if you are not tech savvy, DONT buy the photosyick.
