I made a mistake in my order and ordered duplicates of everything - when I called, the company was very responsive and corrected the issue promptly. When I received my cushions, they were well made and the color matched the online sample.

The swing is lovely and customer service is great!

The swing cover arrived almost a week later than promised on the website. When I called to enquire about it the customer service person was condescending and completely unapologetic. It’s a very overpriced item, average quality and almost $500 for a furniture cover - the least they can do is offer great service.

I tried to return some parts. The rep originally told me the return would be discounted with a stocking fee, and then got back to me saying the parts were non refundable.

Delivery was as promised, well packed, and on time. Assembly was simple and done by myself (Just help moving the assembled swing). Instruction and labeling clear and concise. Well constructed with very noticeable attention to detail. Worth the price!! This swing in replacing our 20 year old cypress porch swing.

Highest quality, superb customer service. I’m telling all my friends and family!

Please buyer beware.
9/2026: placed the order and contacted customer service a few days later. No reply to my email.

10/01: product delivered. Missing 2 screws and one side of pre-drilled holes not aligned with the other side.

10/2: Attempted to contact Help center and customer service. No response to email, no working number and the Help page isn’t working. Such a rip off.

Arrived on time and in good condition with all parts present and as ordered. I ordered a 6 ft wide white swing. It is very strong with all wood parts completely coated in white paint. This swing replaces my old one I inherited from my grandparents, and this one is placed exposed to the sun in Phoenix, so we will see how it handles the hot weather. It's September 2026, so it missed this summer heat. I think it will do well.

I paid $106 for “enhanced checkout”, which I think means returns are easier. I want to return some porch swing hangers that wont work, and while they have approved my return, they won’t give me the info on where to send it with a shipping label. I have called and emailed with no response.

They are dishonest about the length of the swings. Says 5ft, but it's 4ft. I asked their AI response on their website why it says 5ft if it's 4ft, and it said that they just put it into that category if the whole swing is 4.5ft. I payed over $500 for a chair I read was 5ft.
I asked their AI response a lot of questions about the product before I bought it so I would be sure of what I was getting.
Their AI response said they would contact me within 24 hours. Its been over 24 hours and all I've received from them are ads.

Great product and customer service. A couple pieces of my swinging bench were damaged in shipping and the support team quickly shipped replacement slats which were easy to install

Great customer service. One board on our porch swing arrived with a split and after sending a picture they mailed a new board right out along with a screw bit so that I could easily replace the board.

The swing is beautiful in my backyard. It’s sturdy and delivery was easy. Assembly was fine, but took me a little time.

Quality of swing fantastic. I like the Sunbrella cushion I ordered with it and the stain looks as I expected it too! This has been a wonderful addition to our craftsman’s front porch.

This is a dishonest company, just a glorified drop-shipper. They told me that if an item is "In stock" on their website, what that really means is that their manufacturers have all the materials on hand that they need in order to build it! Would not allow me to cancel an order within a day of ordering it, before it shipped.

I received our swing cushions in December, but we didn’t start using them until March when the weather warmed up. Unfortunately, the cushions flattened quickly, and the piping isn’t aligned properly. When I contacted customer service, they told me to fluff the cushions and align the piping with the cushion!! I paid $1600 for the set of cushions, and this is what they expect me today?!? I strongly advise against purchasing this product. You will likely be very disappointed!

I purchased the Amish Lancaster Swing. Before my product shipped, it went on sale for Memorial Day. Yay, I thought…I was sadly disappointed when they denied my request for a credit to my original form of payment. They would only offer a store credit in the amount of $193, and if I chose not to accept that by close today, the offer goes away. I could purchase the exact same swing, today, on their website for the discounted price. There are many options to purchase an Amish swing. When it comes down to it, customer service is everything, and they don’t have it. Spend your money with a company who cares about their customers.

The swing is built very well and easy to install. We love it!
