Easy purchase and a beautiful porch swing. We did receive one slat with a small split, but customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement right away. The whole process was seamless, and we really appreciated the prompt support. We’re excited to start enjoying our swing!

Had a Broken Cup holder.. Other than that good if you replace it..

I was unhappy at the level of construction I'd have to do. I believe it made mention of only having to add the drink cups

The ordering process, communication and delivery were outstanding! We are also VERY pleased with the swing. Nice quality, well constructed and looks great. We were a bit surprised and disappointed it did not come with eye bolts to connect it to the ceiling and the chain was a fixed length that was too short. Both of these shortcomings resulted in frustration trying to make it work for us.

The product was received in good condition and is packed well, finishes were very good and color matched very well.
Assembly is simple but really requires two people. I also used a framing square to ensure beam/A-frames were square to each other.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that some of the pre-drilled machining did not align when installing the beam in the A-frames and since my swing was 57” I had to use the wider setting for the swing hangers. At this setup the hooks rotate into the angle braces.
Overall a very nice looking product that works well and is easy to assemble.

They have twice sent defective products. They were completely uninterested in being helpful. For a company that sells very expensive products, you would think they would try to have better customer service. I am awaiting their response on the second defective product. Hopefully better response this time.

I agree. Terrible customer service. I simply wanted to change the color of the ropes, and it was a huge hassle. The new order was entered wrong and they blamed me. You have to pay return shipping plus the “free” outbound shipping. Not to mention I ate the cost of the old ropes. Now, the swing is cracking, and I see they have a terrible warranty policy. Not even worth it. Wish I read all these bad reviews first.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. the customer service for a premium product that cost thousands of dollars is the worst I've ever experienced. I am still trying to process an exchange and I have probably called them 20 times and emailed the same amount. I have to follow up numerous times. Absolutely infuriating and a complete disgrace on the company to treat their customers like this.

Ordered a swing on Holiday weekend. Due to their websight on my order they had wrong color and I found out a 4ft swing was actually 5 ft. It wouldn’t work for me. I tried for 2 days to get ahold of someone. After playing email and text tag . I finally got my order cancelled. Then found out it’s going cost 25.00 even though it was their fault. Was going to order 2 more swings not now never again.
