If I could give them 0 stars I would. the customer service for a premium product that cost thousands of dollars is the worst I've ever experienced. I am still trying to process an exchange and I have probably called them 20 times and emailed the same amount. I have to follow up numerous times. Absolutely infuriating and a complete disgrace on the company to treat their customers like this.

Ordered a swing on Holiday weekend. Due to their websight on my order they had wrong color and I found out a 4ft swing was actually 5 ft. It wouldn’t work for me. I tried for 2 days to get ahold of someone. After playing email and text tag . I finally got my order cancelled. Then found out it’s going cost 25.00 even though it was their fault. Was going to order 2 more swings not now never again.

My husband has a very serious illness. I purchased one of the chairs from this company assuming it was AMISH. We have other Amish furniture and by comparison, this is awful. The screws show everywhere. The glider is stiff. I'm so angry with myself because I didn't do enough research. He deserves the best and I have failed him. The chair is bad. Very bad. Can a business claim to be Amish when they're not?!!!!! I can't stop crying.

They helped me with a missing part and got a new one shipped out immediately. They went above and beyond. Great customer service.

Terrible customer service. Color of cushion ordered was way off, yet that was my fault and wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee along with having to pay for return shipping for their misleading advertising. They attempted to blame my monitor and in one email included a disclaimer that the color may vary from what is in their website! I looked for this disclaimer on their website anywhere prior to purchasing and it’s no where. So they then offered to reduce the restock fee to 5%. Most of the products they sell from other manufacturers are also on Amazon.

Extremely poor customer service, as others have said. Swing arrived with a seat support broken, and the only solution they offered was to send me a new piece -- requiring me to detach all the slats from the broken piece and attached the new piece myself, essentially reconstructing a broken product.

For my trouble, they offered me just a $20 refund (for a $700 porch swing), and only did that after I complained. Short story, these guys don't stand behind their products and will not be helpful if something goes wrong. Buy somewhere else.

The swing stand I purchased is supposed to be for outdoor use, yet after two months in my yard the paint has bubbled and cracked all over the stand, and the metal is rusting. Completely unacceptable for a $200 stand to fail after two months. I purchased this stand as a Christmas gift in October and we put it up in January when our new swing arrived. (I live in Georgia, so spring starts in January) I was very pleased with the look of the stand, and I expected we would be able to enjoy it for a couple of years. But by the end of February, it looked awful. It breaks my heart that it has failed so terribly. I requested a refund but the best the Porch Swing Company offered was to send another stand with shipping at my expense, or a $50 store credit for a $200 purchase. Now they've stopped answering messages and have deleted my honest review off their website.
Porch to Patio / the Porch Swing Company does not stand by its products so I will not be purchasing from them again. I am a very unhappy and unsatisfied customer indeed. I only hope that I can keep you from making the same mistake I made in purchasing from them.

I ordered a porch swing and paid. 5 minutes later I realized it did not come with cushions. I tried to cancel within 6 minutes. It was 9 pm at night, I was trying to cancel at 9:06 pm. It would not let me cancel without agreeing to their previously undisclosed policy of a 5% cancellation fee for cancelling within 24 hours. The reason they said was that process orders upon receipt. No one answered the phone. I left a message. I called the minute they opened and then twice more before 9:30 am. No answer. I sent a separate email asking to cancel, no response. Finally I get a message that they are refunding less 5%. I am filing a complaint with the federal trade commission. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer protection agency. Based on the over 100 complaints I am going to see what we can do about a criminal prosecution as this is a scam they are running. I believe this is just some person working out of their house. We'll see.

AVOID. Misleading return policy. On the product page it says: "We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund." THAT IS A LIE! First you have to pay return shipping charges yourself, which are way higher than if they gave you a label. Still I could live with that, but in addition they subtract 20% PLUS their original shipping charge EVEN IF YOU HAD FREE SHIPPING! Bottom line: I lost $370 on returning a $570 item. IMO the product page is at best misleading and at worst an outright lie.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! DISSAPOINTMENT IS THE UNDERSTATEMENT OF THE CENTURY!

THEY WONT SPEAK ON THE PHONE ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HANDLED THROUGH EMAIL!

I ordered a $1300.00 swing bed from this company. When I received the confirmation I realized that they had my mailing address listed as the shipping address which is not correct. I called the company and was informed via an automated message that they only take calls from new customers not existing customers and I would have to contact them via email. They bed had not yet been shipped so I requested that they cancel the order. The cancelled the order, but charged me a service charge of $300.00..
