XtraSAN Active Sanitiser
I like this sanitiser better than those that I’ve tried in hospitals. It doesn’t dry my skin or leave it feeling sticky after using it and it comes unscented as well which is good for those who are quite sensitive to strong scents like me.

Spoke with the sales and technical team several times over several months whilst our house build and wet room ongoing
Excellent support and advice relating to the best product for our wet room needs. Following difficulty sourcing product locally, additional advice offered on putting outlets in touch with Thermosphere for product availability and a quick turn around. Thermosphere then confirmed the advice they had then subsequently offered to 3rd party to ensure my order was complete and accurate for installation needs.

Excellent products and after sales support
Following installation of these smart radiators, the customer services support was patient and very helpful. They took me step by step through the programming process and then again for me to write it down. No regret buying these radiators.

Excessive force !!!
Just had a reply to an email sent by my suppliers for a cracked glass to the control an SCP-W-01
it is said that excessive force must be the issue, sorry to disagree, but no excessive force and the control does not sit onto the housing very well, possibly its just a one off, but to be so dismissive was not a great experience

I am sorry that we have made you feel strongly enough to leave a review based on this experience. We prefer the term ‘accidental damage’ and will make sure that all of our team are using this term in future. – The last thing we want to do is create an issue for you, your customer or your supplier.
We do however have a returns process which is designed to flag up genuine product faults. Every single product that is returned to us (and there isn’t many, honestly) is inspected and tested. The decision is then taken whether it is a manufacturing defect or accidental damage. In this case the product has not been returned to us because based on the return pre-check photos, this thermostat has been damaged during installation and as a result doesn’t qualify for a refund or replacement under our warranty process.
We totally appreciate that this is really frustrating but we do stand by our policy and the decision made in this case. Once again, I sincerely apologise for the offence caused by the wording of the email response. Please be assured that this is never our intention and the rest of our reviews hopefully serve as a testament to our commitment to excellence in product quality and customer service.
