An amazing retailer, with superb customer support.
The Rugby Shop have been an excellent company to purchase from. I was originally sent the wrong size boots. When making an enquiry on the matter, they were nothing but polite, helpful and understanding. To rectify the error, they sent me a returns label via email and shipped the correct boots next day delivery at no extra costs to myself. I would 100% recommend using them as a retailer and I myself will be doing so again. Thanks.
