I wouldn't have had a clue how to install this Word program on my own. I wonder why the process couldn't be made simpler, but meanwhile I'm grateful to James for his know-howj!

I did not know how to do this and needed someone who does to install and make this user friendly. He explained clearly

I bought the Microsoft Office 2021 on July 3rd. It worked fine for about a month. On August 4th I sent a message to Software City stating it is not working and acting as if it’s frozen. They responded quickly with questions the next day. I sent the answers back that day. As of August 12th no response. I did send a follow up on August 11th. Now I’m stuck not being able to utilize any Office product.

Update: Software City has been doing all they can to make this right. They saw my frustration and besides trying to fix it processed a refund.

It started out a little confusing, had to go back several times to read the instruction, but after opening a second window with the instructions viewable, I was able to perform the download and installment

Yes, The Software City resolved my problem with the activation of my Microsoft Office Home 2024 in under 5 mins. They did a great job!

Once I was able to get connected my technician James Pham did an awesome job setting everything up. I didn't understand if session code was part of how to connect to get the session started or which log in. I guess more simplified instructions for the process would help, but I applaud customer support. Remember if I was comfortable with technology, I wouldn't need to hire for installation.

The process of installing Office 2019 was easy to follow because of the tutorial. TSC met my expectations and I would recommend Office software from them.
