Received error product key had already been used. Can not load software. Can not get any one to help. I have tried chatting and emails. I get no replies on either.

My experience with Software City was unusual - the website was easy to navigate, they had the software I needed for a very reasonable price, the download and installation were without any problems, and there was follow-up to make sure there were no unanswered questions. Overall, a very good experience. Based on my experience, I would recommend Software City to anyone looking for software.

I purchased Microsoft office professional 2024 which wasn't even available in the microsoft store as they are pushing 365. Everything loaded exactly where and when they said it would and when I screwed up the installation they were there to fix it for me by remoting in to my pc which made me nervous but the tech James was very efficient and got me up and running in less than 15 minutes. I would trust and buy from them again

Easy to search for, purchase and install the program I was looking for. The Software City offers the limited content Office Suite that will work just right for me. The broader based Office programs were available a well. TY.

I never was able to open the appilation so i gave up and ate the price i paid for it

Can’t use this product because of Microsoft stop supporting my computer, how do I get a refund.

Fixed what Microsoft blocked, trying to force me to buy a new laptop. Corporate dirtbags! I had a Panasonic toughbook that was completely adequate to load WIndows 11 on but they wouldn't let me do it. Software City simply fixed it within a half hour.

After hitting a few "duds" in trying to get an activated Office program onto my laptop and getting completely confused by the Microsoft website which kept pushing me toward Office 365, I found a program on Software City. When downloading, it sent me to office.com, e.g., the Microsoft download site, and my product key was activated, and I was able to download the Office suite without a hitch. Thank you.

Works perfectly

I was pleased to see the product available. I had a little trouble figuring out how to connect with Microsoft to Download, but the Software City Suppoer team replied to my request for help and made my download very easy.

I could not get the word program, I purchased, to download to my computer...I asked for clarification on specifics on how to proceed, twice through email, and still have received no response.

I was unable to install the software. I sent an email to their customer service and received no response.

I have asked for a refund and not received any sign of a refund yet. The best thing this company can do is to have a phone number for customer service! There is no phone number listed anywhere. Sometimes it takes speaking to a live person to get things made right. Robyn

The chat experience with James was great! We were not able to install the program, though, because my computer has a site license only. I figured it out myself and the program is now installed on my computer. 😁

I was a little hesitant to order software online, but my experience with The Software City was fantastic! I got exactly what I paid for almost immediately. What's even better is I received a follow up email to ensure everything went well. Super impressed with this company and will definitely use them again.
