I was initially frustrated installing Office 2021 in part because after installation it appeared I had only re-installed my downgraded version of Office. The Support Team however put up with my accusations, whining, and ranting, answered my questions, assured me all was okay and I will now live happily ever after in cyberspace. I do recommend them. Between Jarvis and James being GOD like in his skill, in my 80 years on this planet these two are one of the most helpful and reasonable people I've had the pleasure to know. I'd rate their combined expertise as well above "super".

I explained my problem on "Leave a Message" on The Software City website. The response was detailed and when I performed the corrective steps, my problem was corrected on the first try. Thanks to The Software City.

To be candid, it started off a bit roughly. I had trouble getting the Microsoft Office 2024 operational. However, the tech support staff kept following up; James was persistent in getting the app going for me. James Pham after getting my full description of what was happening was able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution.

I bought a new laptop and was having difficulties getting my previous Office purchase transferred over. It was telling me I had already utilized that purchase in the past and it can only be on one product. I was concerned that I would have to re-purchase the product, but Microsoft told me to contact the company I purchased it through- Software City. Thankfully I had kept my receipt with my license code. We got them onto my computer remotely and they got it fixed and running smoothly within 10 minutes. What I blessing I didn't have to buy a new program! Thank you Software City. I appreciate you standing by your product.
