The Software City Reviews

To be candid, it started off a bit roughly. I had trouble getting the Microsoft Office 2024 operational. However, the tech support staff kept following up; James was persistent in getting the app going for me. James Pham after getting my full description of what was happening was able to diagnose the problem and provide a solution.

I bought a new laptop and was having difficulties getting my previous Office purchase transferred over. It was telling me I had already utilized that purchase in the past and it can only be on one product. I was concerned that I would have to re-purchase the product, but Microsoft told me to contact the company I purchased it through- Software City. Thankfully I had kept my receipt with my license code. We got them onto my computer remotely and they got it fixed and running smoothly within 10 minutes. What I blessing I didn't have to buy a new program! Thank you Software City. I appreciate you standing by your product.

The install was great. But there was no communication about how to connect to the appointment. I had to go looking for it. Also, you have to install a program in order to start the program, and if you don't know how to do that, you will be lost. There was no real personal communication. I did like the "clean up."

It was fairly quick and certainly complete and seems to be correct. I am very pleased with the service. I was very pleased with the cost and very pleased with the service.

Timely response to my email query, with a thorough and thoughtful reply.

Shout-out to Jarvis on this one! Thanks

I reached out to the support team as my PC wouldn't finish installing Office after several attempts. Their response was very quick and they organised a time to meet and assist with the installation. They were polite, friendly and super nice. My pc was the issue and this was resolved. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I had a great experience with The Software City. The ordering process was simple, communication was clear, and my software license arrived quickly without any issues. Everything activated exactly as described. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that delivers what it promises. I’m very satisfied and will happily purchase from them again.

The key worked perfectly. No hitches to the activation, great price.

Jarvis was very patient with me, talk me through step by step, very reassuring.

Very understanding people for an oldie to communicate with. Quick responses to queries.

Fast Easy & Affordable

James was VERY patient with me, as I was not brought up in the "technology" age! It took a while, because of my inexperience, but once he got into my laptop, he used his expertise and loaded the entire program via remote. Thank you James Phan for your patience, and your abilities!

James was FANTASIC. Thank you so much! I am excited to test my new software. Thank you again

I trust the one to help me

I've purchased Office 2021 Professional Plus for myself and helped friends purchase it. It really was a seamless process each time and you do get a genuine Microsoft licence and product key, all for a low one time cost and on top of that, Microsoft will support it for 10 years, until 2031. Communications from The Software City are also excellent.

It was great, thank you very much
