TurboTax Deluxe 2022
Bought TurboTax Deluxe 2022 from them. Assumed they were a software vendor but they are not, according to Intuit and online research. The serial number I received with it worked once but here is the issue: These people buy the software which can be activated on 5 PCs, then resell it to 5 people. That is fraud!!! One should have all 5 activations that come with the software. One is buying the software, NOT activations. My HD crashed and I had to re-install TurboTax in a new HD and the license failed because it had exceed the activations. I installed it once, not five times. Be aware, if you buy software from them, you will face the same fate. Oh, by the way, did I mention that I contacted them and they gave me another serial number to shut me up and now won't even respond anymore? Well, that serial number had been already used as well.
Anyway, the issue is resolved. I bought the software with all 5 activations at a discount price from Intuit TurboTax after I explained my problem to them.
I don't need SoftwareDiscount to reply or contact me nor do I need them to resolve the issue. It has been resolved by Intuit when they failed by sending me serial numbers that had already been used 5 times, repeatedly.
I am making people aware that they are not an authorized Intuit Turbo Tax seller so, when you buy tax software from them just know that they are selling the same program to other 4 people using all 5 licenses. If you need to reinstall the program in a different PC or change the hardware, you're out of luck because they sold the other 4 licenses to other people eventhough the software comes with 5 activations.

Help from Sam came just when it was needed!
I got very stuck when I was trying to get the product installed. The product key was not working for me because I couldn't use the link to get to where I needed to enter it. However, Sam gave me a call and was able to share my screen and get the program installed for me. He was very kind and super helpful! I know that without his help I would have not been able to get the program installed and I am a pretty computer savvy person, so to say that I was ready to give up is a lot!
