SoftwareDiscountUSA.com Reviews

Just had a wonderful help from Zim setting up my QuickBooks program in my new computer.
I could not be happier with his service and the time he spent setting up everything form, staying late at night making sure everything was working perfectly.
Thank you so much

Don’t use these people. It’s a total sham to get to signed up on a monthly subscription that they make nearly impossible to stop.

I needed to move my QB Desktop Enterprise license to a new computer after replacing the original one. But I was told I had to buy an extra license to upgrade from one user to two, and the process wasn’t explained well. Then they tried to sell me an unlimited support package for $248, which I don’t need. Now I’m feeling pretty skeptical about this company, especially after finding out their address is just a virtual office.

Total scam company sold a product thats out of stock and never replied to messages or phone calls. They should be erased off the internet for fraud.

Sam was very helpful installing Microsoft 365 onto my computer. Was clear with his instructions

Software Discount USA sucks. I purchased the incorrect software and they refused to provide a refund. Accidently purchased MAC when I needed windows based.

Sam was very helpful and efficient in helping gain access to Turbo Tax. Very nice and professional as well.

Sam Have help meout by put my 2024 taxesprogram and he did a good joband I want TO THANK HIM.

Sam did a fabulous job supporting my issue with TT2023 license issue. His knowledge was above others I worked with on this issue that struggled. Sam can fix you issue gr8 support. Highly recommended SoftwareDiscountUsa.

Sam was very pleasant and made the experience easy. I will recommend Software Discount USA to friends and family.

Beware of these crooked bastards. When you buy a product from them, they apparently sign you up in a revolving membership that they failed to mention when you purchase their product. If you have purchased any product from this company, keep an eye on your credit card account. You will find a $20 charge, charged for revolving membership.

I bought 2025 Turbo Tax Deluxe for download. Nothing arrived for a few days until I called them. Then the download arrived. I tried to use the download but was told the software vesion did not work on Windows 10. Their website ad did not warn me about needing a better version of Windows. I called them multiple times to get a refund but never was I able to reach them. I left several messages but they never called me back. I've given up on the refund and want to now warn others to not use this business.

I was unable to submit my taxes because the license key they had provided was not unique. I had to pay intuit an additional $104 to install real turbotax and file my taxes. I have filed a complaint with SoftwareDiscountUSA and asked for a refund.

My experience should have been better!!!!!

WARNING: DECEPTIVE BILLING & FRAUDULENT SUBSCRIPTION SCAM - STAY AWAY!!!

This company is running a sophisticated billing scam. I purchased TurboTax in October 2025, assuming it was a one-time transaction. Little did I know, they immediately began hitting my credit card with a hidden $19.99 monthly fee using a cryptic billing descriptor designed to look like a different, legitimate charge.

I didn't realize I was being robbed monthly until I went to file my taxes and saw the cumulative damage. Here is why you should never give them your card info:

Invalid Product: The license keys they sell are unauthorized and DO NOT WORK. You are paying for a paperweight.

Deceptive Descriptors: They intentionally hide their charges on your bank statement so you won't notice the recurring theft.

Ignoring Cancellations: Even after explicitly demanding a cancellation and refund, they charged my account AGAIN today. They are banking on you not checking your statements closely. This isn't a business; it’s a parasite. I have reported them to Intuit Security, the FTC, and am working with my bank’s fraud department to recover every cent they stole since October.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE WITH YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

I bought a Tubotax software from SoftwareSiscountUSA and paid $140. When I tried to file my return, I found out my license was canceled. So I was not able to file. I had to buy another Tubotax software.

Sam was a great help. His knowledge was extremely helpful. Trusted Seller for TurboTax

Would give negative stars, if I could. Ordered the Turbo Tax 2025 Delux software, paid for it, downloaded it - and never received the license key to activate it. When I emailed them, they just sent me another email to set up an account, not the license key. When I finally got a hold of a live person, it sounded like he was walking outside (I could hear the wind), and he told me they are waiting on more license keys, I should get mine within a day. It's now 4 days later. Total scam. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and will get credit back. I got lured by the low price. Stick with official TurboTax resellers.
