This is a scam! The positive reviews are a cross between bots & boughts

Zim was a lot of help loading the software and he was very professional.

Zim did a great job to get me started and helped me to install the TurboTax.

Sam was very helpful in installing word onto my computer. I could not have done it alone and he was very patient and kind in helping.

The support help was AMAZING! The gentleman was so patient with me. I kept apologizing to him because I was in my 70s and trying to download the software Publisher 2021 onto another older computer that already had an Office 365 on it ...but I needed to remove 365 it so I could run the older version of Publisher on it. Publisher was being discontinued and I NEEDED the existing files for my company....not LOSE them all. He was soooo patient. THANK YOU!!!

Sam was just great, perfect, Helped me out through out my download experience just like he did the last time I purchased your software. I hope he is always there when I may might next purchase so I can have no worries. He made it a wonderful experience. Your company and your customers are lucky to have his help!

BUYERS BEWARE! Ordered software. Received download instructions and instructions to receive License Key. Downloaded software. Received non-working License Key. Reached out to Customer Service. They sent list of trouble shooting alternatives. None worked. Reached out again. They refuse to give me a working License Key. I asked for refund. They refused. Have disputed charge with credit card. Will never order from here again.

The experience was great; Sam was very knowledgeable about the installation. And I appreciate him.

Zim has been awesome with setting up Microsoft word which I had a difficult time trying to install on my own. I give Zim a 5 star for his effort and knowledge.
