The Software City Reviews

I recently purchased a new computer and wanted my own copy of Microsoft Office rather than going the subscription route. After uninstalling a couple of Microsoft Office files that were already on the computer, I began the download process. My Office key was ready within the hour, and I had no problems applying it the first time I opened Microsoft Word. Follow their excellent instructions, and the process should go well. I've been using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access for about a week and have not run into any issues, even when using files that were created in Office 2010. I didn't need to use their technical support, but there were several follow up emails from them asking if the install went OK.

Best price on the internet. Super easy to install with notifications if I needed any tech assistance.

Clear instructions, easy to complete, fast response when questions arise.

I was looking for a cheaper version of Microsoft Word and Excel. Software City had M/S Home and Student. Download was quick and easy with no problems. I highly recommend Software City for your software needs.

Love the price. It was an easy process. Support seems great. The most difficult part was login into Micro Soft to down load the software.

In having James Pham install my software was so easy. I just sat back and watched. The software itself was reasonable and the charge for installing wasn't too bad either. I have your software on another designated computer and have been loving it.

I was so happy to find this site, and my experience was great! I needed a Microsoft Office version, but I did not want to get a subscription. Software City was able to give me a version at a very reasonable price. It installed without a hitch. Then, I realized I had made a mistake in the setup of the users, and had to change that around which broke my Office installation. James came through by cancelling the old code and giving me a new code. I'm up and running!! Even got emails in the middle of the night. I sure wish other companies were doing this level of personal 24/7 support!

James Pham was consistent, knowledgeable and helpful even though he was half was around the world.
He completed the request very timely.

The Software City delivers what it promises, and James
Friendliness is only equaled by his knowledge and competence in the field. I can honestly say that I feel fortunate to have crossed paths with such an individual.

The very best wishes to you, James, and The Software City.

It was a very difficult job and you made it possible for me...I could never have done this on my own..I can;'t thank you enough...you were wonderful!!!!

Purchasing and installing the software was very easy. The instructions were perfect and I was able to see, after installation, that the product worked great.

I have never dealt with a company/organization that stated exactly how they operated and how they would support you if any problems were encountered. I did run into a problem installing the software I purchased. Software city supported me in completing the installation exactly as they said they would. Their expert took over and resolved my problem within about 30 minutes. (Fairly, a good deal of that time was spent waiting for downloads of software.} This is now the first place I will go to purchase any other software I may need.

James is a great technician that solved my problem with the office install

What a great experience. I purchased Office Pro and had questions on how to install it. We set up a time to resolve my issues. The technician was able to look at my computer and install the software remotely. Everything went well and the software works great.

What's great?
1. The tips for Office that I didn't know even existed. Like the feature that saves more than the last item I copied to the clipboard.
2. The After-care. I accidentally set my Office to not access Office Help. Dumb! I really appreciated James answering me and giving me the solution.

I had a problem with the download and Software City was quick to respond with a soultion.

After the purchase it was only a minute to get the install code. Followed the given instructions and everything is great.

Bought Office 2024
Easy to buy (less expensive than at other big retailers), received license key in about 5 minutes. Within 15 minutes, I was fully installed, tested and good to go. Easier than setting up my new laptop. Would recommend Software City

Not at all pleased pls cancel program and refund purchase price. Medlin Tom
