Thesouthernatelier Reviews

Delivery was good but the packaging was very bad through customer.the coat was very good

Good value and quality

Everything was perfect, unfortunately you've used evri as courier. Try not use them for the future. I live on the ground floor but even though parcel was drop near the dumpster. Which is not even my safety spot.

The item took so long to arrive Id forgotten Id ordered it!
The glass mug looks nothing like it did in the picture! On line the flowers on the mug were a vibrant blue! The flowers are actually dried up wishy washy green/blue. In the picture the flowers appear on the glass, they are actually floating between the double glass layer 🤦 and yes! They have all sunk to the bottom.
The mug is horrible and I will not be purchasing from the company again.

The jacket I ordered was too small and SouthernAtelier couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating in sending me the right size without any complaint - excellent customer service

The product was exactly as advertised if not better. Very elegant

Excellent customer service having experienced a slight delay in my order, would order again from this company.

The service was fine. The product was possibly a lesser quality than I had expected however that is always the danger of buying over the internet.

Great product and was fitted fine. 4 stars because it took over a week to be delivered to the UK.

Really wish I’d looked at all the 1 star reviews.
Took 20 days to come after purchase date
Was stuck in transit for a week. Not as long a wait as some customers on here.
Didn’t realise how far it was coming from.
When it came it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be compared to the reference photo online.
Nice customer service staff but I don’t think I’ll be shopping from here again.

The product is as advertised. Easy to instal.

Looks very stylish.

Goods arrived safely and as described although the size comes up smaller than I would have expected.

Excellent communication.customer support was superb.highly recommended.

It waswasadvisetise good easy to wash thank you

Took a long time to arrive but love these cushion covers. Good quality, zips are a bit short but I managed to get cushions in and they look lovely.

From placing the order to delivery was very good - kept me informed about how order was progressing - it wasn’t the fastest of deliveries but that was irrelevant and the product a steel chopping board didn’t disappoint - I am highly satisfied and my friend has even ordered one too!

Fantastic quality and service. Would buy from this website again. Thanks

First time I've used the southernatelier site. Purchased two pairs of running shorts. Very comfortable to wear, lightweight and with a snug, compression fit without being too tight! Great for exercises at home, which is what I've started doing, or working out in the gym. Well packaged and arrived intact. Excellent value for money! Very pleased with the overall purchase and service. Recommended!

I ordered the wrong size shorts that was my fault the communication and response to rectify the problem was very good 😄

Don’t bother ordering these come from China and take ages. The sizing is all wrong. A large men’s shorts are more like a small or extra small. Return costs are charged to the customer. Not worth the hassle and the shorts aren’t good quality either
