Popped into Techout today, amazing service

I bought a phone for my daughter the staff were very helpful in helping me choose the best and most appropriate phone. They were kind and helpful.

Thetechout team have been brilliant, they gave me advice on my old Samsung tablet that I wanted to have refurbished for my grandson, all the advice was free. Because I was so impressed with them I went back and purchased a replacement Samsung tablet for myself. Thetechout are now my first port of call for all my technology and I will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent customer service from the staff, very reasonable priced brought an iPhone for my son not knowing much about iphones the demonstration for use of phone and information regarding child safety was excellent would definitely recommend Thetechout to anyone looking for phones and accessories 😀 😀😀

They sell such a great range of tech; phones, tablets and laptops. They also sell accessories such as phone cases. The staff are really friendly and very knowledgable, which helps when choosing what you want. The prices are competitive, plus they also offer Klarna to help spread the cost of your purchase.

Very good service. The staff were very helpful and made the process of changing from Samsung to iPhone nice and easy and in the process they managed to change across all my data ensuring nothing was lost. They also have an awesome range of accessories and cases. Highly recommend

Bought a Samsung Galaxy A6 from Techout, really good price, excellent advice and service and a great choice of accessories if needed. No pressure selling just a friendly greeting and assistance if required.

Chatted via messenger, the guy suggested an iPhone for my son as it was likely to be more sturdy (my son is accident prone) anyway went in the shop got the phone and a drop case.. apparently tested from the top of the balcony... it's been a while but the iPhone is still in one piece

My Ipad wouldn't charge..Took it into The Techout & they tried cleaning it for free..Unfortunately this didn't work & I needed a new charging point..I received a text 3 hours later saying it had been mended & was ready to pick up..Would totally recommend..The staff were friendly & helpful..Thank you 😁

Brilliant service. Bought aMacBook Air six months ago and they have always been on the end of a phone or accessible if you pop in. Had a problem after updating BigSur and they told me how to fix it in five minutes. Have recommended and will carry on recommending to all my friends. In fact I plan to buy an iPad and a phone from them in the new future. Thanks guys!!
