I had the best month working for Yacht Week Sicily as Event manager! The team, the experience, and the community was such a pleasure to work with. It is a once and a lifetime opportunity to work for a company like Yacht Week and I am so honored to have gotten the opportunity!

It was my third Yacht Week, and it was absolutely amazing! Such a unique experience, with incredible people, beautiful destinations and unforgettable memories. Already can’t wait for the next one! 100% recommend it to everyone!!

Yachtweek is a perfect mix of parties and discovering the areas you are sailing around. The staff is extremely qualified, profesional and do everything they can to make it the best holidays possible ! The venues are gorgeous, the parties awesome and the selection of people you meet there also make this experience unforgettable !!

A life changing week! A week of beautiful bays, incredible food, stellar vibes, and meeting people who become life long friends! Highly recommend to everyone and cannot wait to go on another Yacht Week!

Yacht Week is by far the best flotilla experience you can have in the Mediterranean!! I have now done both Croatia and Greece and both are awesome in their own ways - can't recommend this company enough

Working for Yacht Week has been one of the most incredible experiences of my life. It was a summer filled with adventure, challenges, learning, and so many unforgettable memories.

The role pushed me outside of my comfort zone and taught me so much about leadership, communication, organisation and working under pressure. No two days were the same, and while it could be chaotic and challenging at times, it was incredibly rewarding to see everything come together and watch guests have the time of their lives.

More than anything, I’m so grateful for the people I met along the way. The team became like a little family, and the friendships and connections I’ve made are something I’ll carry with me long after the season is over.

I’m leaving Yacht Week feeling incredibly grateful, proud of everything we achieved, and excited for whatever comes next. It really was a summer I’ll never forget. 🤍

A summer I’ll never forget

Working for Yacht Week this summer was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had. I got to work with an amazing team, meet people from all over the world and spend my days sailing the Croatian coast, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and having amazing experiences of my own.

It’s hard work at times, but incredibly rewarding, and the people you meet along the way really make it special. I finished the season with so many new friendships, amazing memories and an even bigger love for travel and events.

I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat. ❤️

There was a real sense of camaraderie throughout the season, and everyone was always willing to lend a hand and look out for one another. It’s hard work, but incredibly rewarding, and the people, places and experiences make it so special.

Genuinely the experience of a lifetime! Our group came home with so many amazing memories, and stories, and we’re already talking about when we can do it again. I would 100% recommend Yacht Week to anyone looking for an unforgettable trip with their friends. Truly one of those experiences you have to do at least once, although for us, once definitely won’t be enough!

Yacht Week is such a unique and amazing experience. Days start with a relaxing sail in morning and end with parties at stunning venues. The crew took care of all our needs and were great to be around. It was an unforgettable week on a floating festival!
