It was great meeting Cameron
It was great meeting Cameron his knowledge of Think Renewable solar products and services helped make the decision to install very easy. The no deposit finance was also great for anyone struggling financially that can’t afford to spend the high amounts to have a solar system installed. So far I’ve been keeping track of my energy provider app and currently the estimated usage and cost is very low. Hopefully as time goes on and with the functioning of the system I can maintain at this rate.

Cameron and the team were fantastic!
Dealing with Cameron during the initial phases and the lead up to install was a great experience. Happy to respond to text message queries and always quick on the response. Unlike some other places vying for my signature, Cameron never pushed and even offered advice on how to deal with the other, pushy vendors.
The local install team were friendly and explained fully what was going on and how things were progressing. The process was quicker than expected which was a bonus!
I will definitely recommend the entire team to others without hesitation.

With your Risen panels and Hinen battery you'll be shrinking those bills and reducing your reliance on the grid. Joining a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) was a great move to be able to sell your excess energy back at premium price! We'd love to hear about your results so far.

Alex from Think awesome
Alex the rep was so easy to deal with.
He explained the whole process and broke it down it “ layman’s “ terms making it so much easier.
My system was installed in a few hours in January and has been humming along ever since. Since spring my system is actually making money with power back to the grid.
Highly recommend Alex to deal with and Think as a company.

My first review is simply to talk about first contact and installation. Alex Harrison was our first contact and his experience and explaining the advantages of upgrading our solar system simply made sense.
The install team were truly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very capable.
Since install, we’ve used just over 100kw and fed over 1000kw to the grid.
I’ll post again when I receive my next power invoice.
Thank you Alex!… You could not have been more straight up educating us.

A great experience!!!
The young man, Keiran, we spoke to initially was very nice, polite and very engaging. He was happy for us to check the company out before we made any decision to talk with Cameron.
When Cameron come to our home he was able to answer all questions, he also preempted much of what we would ask or be curious about.
He gave us encouragement to take the next step and was willing to negotiate around timeframes, providing us with extra information as we needed.
I highly recommend Cameron as someone easy to talk to, honest and able to answer every weird and wonderful question you can think of.

Best in the business
I cannot say a bad thing about the Think Renewable team!
From two and a half years ago a knock at the door and getting solar panels installed to most recently getting more additional solar panels as well as a battery.
David from Think Renewable was a pleasure to deal with, he would make time to visit after business hours once both my husband and I were home. He was polite and spoke to us in a way we could both understand.
It has been just over a week since the battery was installed and we can already see the amazing results checking our Energy Australia app.
I can't speak more highly about David and the Think Renewable team, and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in solar panels and batteries.

Dodgy
A lady come to my door to sell solar panels. I asked for some information, a pamphlet, anything informative but was pushed with a booking instead which i didnt want. She slipped up and told me she's actually a back packer, which seems to be the case with many of these door to door sales people. Why? Maybe so they can dip before dookie hits the fan? She organised to get someone to come over at 7pm to discuss the options further but they never came. Blessing in disguise.

Hi Krystina,
Our employees are all internal and thoroughly vetted. Our door knockers are there to book in a meeting with a Design Consultant for you. These are our solar experts who will walk you through everything you need to know in a free, no-obligation consultation. As renewables are a strong part of our brand, we don't like to use too many flyers, so this is the reason we prefer to organise a much more informative, straightforward face to face consultation.
Once an appointment has been booked we call 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to confirm the time still works and your details are correct. If you do not answer or call us back we do not send a Design Consultant out. I cannot identify you on our database but this could be an explanation as to what happened.
Feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss further, we are always happy to offer a phone consultation.

Hi Sharon,
Face-to-face is one of many ways our customers find us. There’s some stigma around this approach, but it works for many reasons:
Quicker qualification – It’s the easiest way to qualify if your home is suitable for a solar system, saving time for both parties.
Brand visibility and credibility – Humans like to buy from humans. Our qualified and respectful solar experts proudly represent the Think Renewable brand and this helps build trust.
Better conversation – with a personal, two-way conversation, we can understand your situation, questions and worries, and tailor our service towards your goals for solar.
Convenience for you – Many of the customers we sign up are those who don’t have the time to look into solar, so they appreciate our approach. We completed 2,500 installations last year. 1 in 4 people we sit with sign up and are super happy.
We’re part of the NETCC as a retailer, members of NECA (National Electrical and Communication Association), and winners of the 'Outstanding Service & Trade' award at the 2024 Local Business Awards in Sydney. If this doesn’t speak to our credibility, we don’t know what will.
We'd also like to highlight that we do not force anyone into any specific payment option, we offer a range of options that the customer can select from.
Feel free to give us a call if you wish to discuss further.
