Think Renewable Reviews

They started really well with a competitive quote and installed on time. However we have had 3 failed inverters now and replacement has dragged on for months. Very poor customer service response, no working inverter, no end in sight. I would be weary as they seem to only care about the installation and if anything goes wrong they are not any good at resolving or communicating what the issue is.

From the cold call by Rory, the consultation with Ed & Ben, the install by Akl Electrical and the office staff, Sarah, Harpreet and Dani it has been a pleasure to deal with Think Renewable. The install happened well within the time frame and was done professionally. They completed all paperwork needed to connect with electricity supplier and system has worked perfectly since day one. Any minor hiccups were dealt with quickly and professionally. Could not recommend this supplier more highly.

Great communication from start to finish, turned up to install when they said they would. Would reccommend to everyone! Was not sure we would do anything to begin with but after analysis and help from the team, we realized it would be beneficial for us to go solar, and glad they knocked on our door to check if interested.

They failed to turn up to install twice. Ended up getting a few quotes a found a cheaper more reliable company. would not reccommend.

Ed was super helpful, knew his stuff and was easy to deal with. The installers arrived when they were supposed too and from start to finish the whole job was very organised. Would highly recommend Ed and his team.

Think Renewable gave a very friendly and helpful experience with plenty of communication all the way through the process would highly recommend them for your solar requirements

The day of the installation was great, the installers were very friendly and helpful. The system was installed professionally and I have the ability to monitor the energy production and amount saved each day. Overall great result, thank you!

From sales to installations of panels everything was smooth.
Professional and nice team.

Think Renewable exceeded expectations ! Everything they said they were going to do they did and in a timely manner! So impressed with the quality and look of the products aswell. The guys that came to do the instilation were so efficient and friendly! Highly recommended!!

From our first contact with Think Renewable Pry Ltd through their young lady cold calling to ask if we would be interested in discussing the installation of solar panels to the team who actually installed the panels the experience was pleasurable. Amber,Jack, Sarah, Elia, Ryan, Adam and Richard were all extremely professional. They answered all our questions and did what they said they would always in a timely manner. The after sales service through Harpreet has been exceptional. We are really happy with the choice of panels and would recommend Think Renewable to anyone contemplating the move to Solar.

I have no hesitation to recommend think renewable to family and friends, very happy with their work

Think Renewable were making themselves known by going door to door in my area. Ben was understanding when I said I had to go to a meeting but wanted to know more another day and asked for quotes on varying sized systems. He kept in contact and arranged for a meeting where he could walk me through the quotes and explain them along with the history of the company. Think Renewable's business goal is customer support and its been nice to see so far in the process that has been a focus. He explained the signing up process clearly and walked through it over the phone with me. The office staff called regularly to keep me informed of installation progress and ahead of the panel installation I had the inverter installed. The inverter technician was professional and good to deal with working quickly and able to answer my questions regarding the system and planned expansion. I had a similar experience with the panel installers shortly after which I was happy with.

From Ollie the sales rep, Tom the electrician and his team and Sarah from admin, our experience with Think Renewable was 5 star all the way. All consumables are well made and installation was done with no fuss and to an excellent fit out. The team even replaced a few roof tiles for us that had stress cracks and where not near the panels installed. We have no hesitation recommending Think Renewable. Dale & Donna Moxey.

Edward was professional, well informed and knowledgeable about all things solar! Great to deal with, we’re very happy so far. Thanks

Based on my experience with Think Renewable, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting solar panels. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Alex, my Think sales rep, is a font of information, professional, personable and goes the extra mile to ensure that you are fully informed. The electrician and his crew installed the system in a day and were polite and professional and (drum roll here) cleaned up after themselves.

I’m very happy & pleased the way David accommodated us from start to finish. He was very professional and the outcome has been great investment now and for the future. He goes out of his way listening to our needs. I highly recommend to use their services.

From start to finish, Alex was completely transparent. Explained exactly what product I was signing up for and answered all questions i had without the sales pitch…and still is answering any questions I have regarding long term plans with solar.
Installation was perfect, quick, smooth and clean. The customer service post installation has also been very good.. thanks Alex and team.

We had a great experience with our solar installation from start to finish and then some! Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the initial consultation. He then came out after the installation to make sure everything went well. The staff from Think Renewable have been very approachable and have answered all of our questions. They have always been happy to help no matter what! We are very happy customers and highly recommend Think Renewable for your solar installation!
