I was expecting the experience of having to choose a coffin at a very sad time to be really hard. Think Willow made it easy and all my interactions with them were so helpful and understanding. I chose a willow coffin my Dad would have loved and his funeral was yesterday. It was wonderful. The coffin looked so beautiful. Thank you Think Willow.

Derrick and the team were really helpful during the process of us arranging a loved one’s funeral. They replied quickly and also dealt directly with the Funeral Directors, which was incredibly helpful during this time. The choice of coffins on the website was broad and were well priced - it’s a great offering if you do not want to go through the Funeral Directors for this. We ordered the Willow Cromer Wicker coffin. It was beautiful, good quality, and was what we hoped for. Thank you Derrick and team!

They were very helpful and kind at such a difficult time. The willow coffin for my Dad was beautiful and delivered to the funeral home directly in a very timely manner, with Think Willow communicating with them directly, as well as keeping us informed at the same time.
I hope it will be a long time until I would even need to think about using their services again, however I greatly recommend to those who are unsure about buying a coffin online.

The coffin was very pretty, delicate and feminine. We had posies of pink, dark purple and yellow flowers added to the handles and a bouquet on top. I hated the thought of a traditional coffin for mum as it was so final but this one eased the pain of a very difficult day. Thank you.

The casket was beautiful, I was a pallbearer for my wife and the casket was sturdy but lite. I would highly recommend a willow one if you wish for an alternative to a solid wood version. I was let down by my funeral director with only three working days before my fathers funeral. I phoned Derrick and he was very helpful and understanding. He arranged for the coffin I had chosen to be delivered the next day to Aberdeen, given this was a very stressful time, it was such a relief. Thank you Derrick.

We chose the Cromer willow coffin which was really beautiful. The service from Derrick and "Willow" was exceptional, good communication and support regarding delivery to the funeral directors. Cost, when discussing losing a loved one, is a difficult subject but enough to say buying directly from Willow made a significant difference for the same item when funerals can be a financial worry. I would recommend Derrick and his company to anyone in the same position. Many thanks.

Not something I have ever had to do before but Willow where amazing. They talked to the funeral parlour to make sure I had chosen a suitable coffin, they kept in good contact with me through the process and kept me up to date with delivery and I get very assured and confident that they could deliver their service professionally and sympathetically.

My son’s death completely floored me. I am still grieving horribly.
However James’s Oxford Blue coffin was just so beautiful. I loved it. The little touches like the natural twisted loop handles and natural toggles. The coffin was gorgeous.
Unfortunately I was too upset to take a photo but that image is forever stamped on my brain. We had huge flowers on the top, lilies, the delicious perfume added to the ambience. Thank you all so much for a beautiful experience. May I suggest that you put a selection of coloured coffins on your website. They are so chic. Belle Stennett. Haringey.

Willow were absolutely fabulous about completing my shortnoce order for a 5' 8 cardboard coffin which my late wife's sisters and nieces could paint beautifully. It was an amazing 3 day turn- around over a weekend which I am eternally grateful for. As a painter herself Debbie would have loved it. Thank you Derrick and TEAM !

Easy to deal with, delivered what they promised . Very helpful when they needed to be

Beautiful coffin. Was due the following Tuesday or Wednesday when I ordered it. In the end my lovely mum died on the Tuesday at lunchtime. Derrick was brilliant when I messaged him and it turned out the coffin was already out for delivery. We used the bag it came in to make a mattress for my mum full of our own sheep wool.

This is the second time I have had call to use this company and again they were spot on. Courteous and professional. The wicker casket we purchased was absolutely beautiful. Ordered and delivered to our chosen funeral director within a couple of days. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you.

The process of ordering what's easy and quick delivery however I think it would be very useful to put the deceased name too the coffin as there was some confusion as which was my order and no paperwork left by delivery service either otherwise would recommend you

The order process was very simple, although the only thing I didn't realise we had to do was order a name plate inscription, so maybe that could be made a little clearer.
We had a humanist service, and the coffin we chose fitted so beautifully. We even had comments saying how nice and simple it was. Very fitting for the non religious service/celebration.
