excellent service- PROMPT eco and affordable and the willow coffin looked just as we wanted. We dressed it with sunflowers +canna lillies on top . It was appreciated at a difficult time . THANK YOU

I found the service very efficient. We simply ordered it on line, paid for it and it was delivered to the funeral directors. All in about 5-7 days.
I was very happy with the quality and it was a fraction of the price l would have paid if l had gone through the undertakers.

Excellent customer care, value and price. Quick delivery and although there was an error on name plate, it was immediately rectified and re delivered. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, very helpful and considerate with all questions asked. Also more importantly they answered the phone every time I rang so I was able to speak to someone straight away. The Willow Cromer Light Wicker coffin I ordered was exactly what I wanted, it was so pretty with the flowers on. The ordering and delivery was as exactly as promised.

I purchased a wicker coffin from Think Willow for my mother's funeral. The coffin was lovely and well made ... and under half the price of buying from the funeral director. Coffin details were checked by Willow with my funeral director and delivered direct. There was a problem with the nameplate, but when pointed out I was instantly reimbursed without even requesting.
All communication with Willow was quick and friendly.
I would definitely recommend for both quality of coffin and service.

Not something you usually think to shop around for but our funeral director was very keen to send us down the traditional coffin route.... we wanted Mum to have a wicker one so he gave us a photograph of their catalogue but it had no prices other than they started at £850. We simply googled “willow Cromer light” which was the name of the one we liked on the funeral directors photo and the Think Willow site came up showing the exact coffin but the for £350 less. I ordered online, they spoke to our funeral director to make sure we’d ordered the right size... the name plate across the front was simply and beautifully done.... We were delighted with the service. Don’t want to have to use them again soon but highly recommend them to anyone who does.

I ordered my grandmother’s willow casket online . It was very easy , even for a techno-phobe like me . Derek confirmed my order and talked me through the process. Her coffin arrived at the funeral directors in perfect condition on the correct day and on time . What a wonderful company to deal with . I can highly recommend

The willow coffin for my Mom was absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship and detail was perfect. Even the wooden nameplate felt special. From making my enquiry to delivery was made easy and everything went to plan. I was kept informed of every stage. The handmade coffin made us feel at ease. Our whole family have decided this is the coffin we will all have. A special thanks to Derrick for his personal service.

It has taken a while for me to wrote this.
James carbino was my dad, my hero and my king. He Sadley passed away, and I cannot thank you ALL enough for the beautiful send off you gave my dad. It was perfect in every way. Debbie thank you for your words to my mum she needed that strength. You demanded ( in a lively way) so much order and respect without saying to much, your team they are a credit to you and the company. You led him out the way he wanted.

A lovely quality coffin at a fraction of the cost from the funeral parlour. A superb service, checked size was correct with funeral directors and corrected the order free of charge. An extremely reassuring service when you are at your most vulnerable. Website has some useful information too. An all round excellent product and service. Highly recommend.
