I would sincerely like to thank Debbie and her staff for the very professional service they gave my husband James Carbino. I have never ever seen this sort of service from anyone. They treated us with compassion from start to end. A BIG thank you Debbie. I also want to thank Tracy and brenda at willow at burnt ash. They also were very kind and so helpful. Not the cheapest but the service justifies the extra.

Excellent service, super quick delivery and a beautiful coffin - made a totally sad day just a little bit beautiful. Our darling Mother was safe in and eco friendly casket wrapped in beautiful flowers. Thank you to a Willow for an effortless process and a wonderful experience.

Very fast service. Did exactly what they promised. Produce exactly as seen & described on web site. It was a relief at a sad time.

For the most part a good service, but the website stated that the coffin size would automatically be checked with the funeral director before dispatch. I was in the funeral home when the delivery was checked but no check on size until director asked. I had ordered a random size since I didn’t know what we needed, that would have arrived without the intervention of my director, leaving me with a problem at a time I needed none, burying your wife is stressful enough.

Brilliant service and the coffin was exactly as we had hoped. Very thoughtful communication at a difficult time. Really appreciate the service from this company.

Excellent. We referred to it as my husband's 'willow bed', so lined it with a sheep skin rug and rested his head on a feather pillow.

Ordered a Willow coffin, very prompt and efficient delivery. Think Willow kept in touch with myself and the funeral directors through out the process. I was very impressed.

Wasn't told that we needed runners when we bought the coffin and couldn't use it in the crematorium Thankfully we had a wooden coffin included in our funeral plan so could only use the lid.

Think Willow provided our family with a beautiful bamboo casket for my father. Like many families our budget was limited and ordering direct really helped us at a difficult and emotional time. The casket was delivered to the funeral director very promptly and we were informed by email to put our minds at rest. I work as a florist and see many different types of natural caskets when decorating them with flowers, this one was lovely quality and perfect for the natural burial site where my father was laid to rest.
