I recently completed my online ID checks with Thirdfort and the whole process was excellent from start to finish. Everything was smooth, straightforward, and incredibly easy to follow. The online system was quick, efficient, and clearly explained at every stage, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.
The process was simple to complete, very user-friendly, and everything went through without any issues. I was really impressed with how seamless and well organised it all was.
Excellent service overall — professional, efficient, and reliable. I would highly recommend Thirdfort to anyone needing to complete online ID checks.

Absolutely useless! Three hours of my life that I’ll never get back. I went backwards and forwards with customer support on the website over a day and a half reloading the app, getting locked out of it, waiting for a security code, emailing and eventually calling them. Eventually I was informed that they can’t send the code to a phone on Sky Mobile!!!! Would I like to use somebody else’s phone? NO - I simply went in to the solicitor’s office with photo ID and proof of address.

I have problems with uploading documents etc. I have a good knowledge and awareness of basic use of my phone but not so good with modern technology use!
Consequently having to upload required documents and info related with the sale of my property has been stressful. However, I would like to extend a big thank you to Joseph for his patience and support in assisting with this task. Pamela Story.

Having previously used a company called Credas for I.D. check which was difficult and took ages for the selfie photo I found this app to be very easy and quick to use. I presume Thirdfort has superior software? Anyway it was quick and easy.

App is easiest use everything is simple.

Easy to use, no issues or hiccups

A simply dreadful application form,far too invasive ,very binary and sometimes just dumb especially theAI responses.
However they have recruited tremendous people who answer the phone with enthusiasm,great skill and considerable charm.
Well done with out them you would be doomed

Im not very IT savvy but this app was very easy to use with step by step prompts for each action required.
