Too long winded and asks for same data multiple times
On a large screen mobile, the sections still needed scrolling up and down, despite only having 3x boxes to complete. A lot of the required information is also repeated and could be extracted from the required documents, hence it doubled the entry time for indentical data. Took much longer than it should to complete.

Unable to use the service
I wasn't able to use this service as the SMS codes would not come through to my phone. After spending time trying to use another device it still would not work and I am yet to be offered a solution. I understand my family have used it successfully so it may be a network issue but if the service doesn't work on all networks its not fit for purpose.

App just wouldn't scan passport
App just wouldn't scan passport. Says avoid white background even though it's on a dark one, says include bottom two lines even though they are included and perfectly visible. Help line then timed out on me twice (presumably due to people calling to complain)

The customer support was great
The customer support was great. Drew was so patient and determined to get me through the process. The process seemed relatively straightforward but frustratingly didn't always upload my documents and didn't always come up with the expected cues I was supposed to see as Drew shared. He proposed a variety of ways to hopefully move me forward and when these weren't successful hewas able to allow me to upload by a different way. He gets 10/10 from me. The process gets 6/10.
