Jess from CS was a delight.

Jess from Customer services was a delight to speak to on the phone regarding my queries. Helped us out on multiple points and provided text support post the call to check in with us until all was settled. Top notch service. Couldn't have asked for more.

Some of my documents loaded easily

Some of my documents loaded easily. But struggled to upload 2 other documents. Phoned customer support and spoke to Emanuel who was very patient and helped me solve the problem

Can be really confusing

Can be really confusing. For example, under ‘Proof of Savings’ it asks for payslips- which are proof of earnings- and after we’d already provided proof of actual savings. I simply couldn’t complete this task as I’m self- employed and had to call. It asks for stamp duty when this is calculated by the solicitor who is to receive these documents, so I had to phone her for a figure that I needed to send her! We’re staircasing and it didn’t specify between the overall house price and the amount we were currently purchasing. Overall quite a few calls to the solicitor and Thirdfort. The interface hides some questions leading the user to believe they can’t progress.

Pretty simple to use…but

Pretty straightforward but the camera function is a real challenge when trying to photograph documents etc

Trouble trying to video myself…

I had great trouble trying to produce the video for Thirdfort.
Every time I tried to continued once my head was in the oval area, it said it couldn't continue.
I tried many times and had no luck. I tried calling Customer Support yesterday on three separate occasions throughout the day and was on hold for over ten minutes each time without getting through to some one. Thankfully I spoke today to a Emanuel when I got through and explained the problem. He was most helpful and said he would get my solicitors to contact me tomorrow to get approval and be accepted another way.

Difficulties

I tried several times to complete Thirdfort but it locked me out and I was told by Thirdfort to wait several hours before trying again when the app said 'a short while'. I had to go back to my solicitor for them to cancel and set up a new link on another phone.

I awarded my experience with 5 stars because I struggled with it and i rang the helpline and an advisor called Emmanuel came to the rescue he was so pleasant and helpful and he talked me through every step of it he was brilliant. Thank you Emmanuel

House Sale

An easy to use and simple tool with clear guidance, one of the best I’ve seen (I am a retired anti-money laundering practitioner). There were a few teething issues with my wife’s access but these were resolved by helpful staff.
