I contacted TH March for a repair on my wedding ring. I spoke with Oliver via email and my item was processed and dealt with quickly. The results also great.

I lost my late fiancés ring, and I put a claim in over 12 months ago, but with covid-19 and me personally avoiding going through our old stuff, on my part I really dragged this claim on (they needed the certificates etc). T.H March have been nothing but extremely understanding, patient and so helpful. I will definelty recommend them to all my friends and family, as well as insure any future jewellery through them, and only them.

Expectedly over the last 12+ months I received various updates/chaser emails from different staff, all were outstanding and I never felt any pressure from any of them. From all the companies I have had to contact on behalf of my late fiancé, over the last 18 months, TH March by far have exceeded my expectations.

We have insured our jewellery with T H March for a number of years and always received an excellent service.
We recently had to claim for a lost ring whilst we were away on holiday and from contacting them to make a claim their support and prompt response was excellent. We would certainly recommend them to anyone.

T H March, is one of the only insurance company who offers jewellery insurance on its own. Whilst all others are offer on content insurance only. There application is very user friendly and you are insured instantly no need to waiting long.

TH March has been a great example of how an insurance company should operate. Having not made any claims previously, we have had need to make 3 claims in the last 3 years and all 3 were settled without delay or fuss. Their response is always quick and they do what they say....can't ask for more!

My jewellery insurance was easy to arrange and completely hassle free.

I had my engagement ring insured with TH March since the day I picked it up. Premium was affordable and the best price out of all the insurers.

After 3 years I sadly lost my beloved ring and I was devastated. I submitted my documents to TH march and within 2 weeks I was given a go ahead to visit jewellers and pick a replacement. Oliver was absolutely spectacular and really helpful throughout the whole process.

Thanks to TH March I now have a replacement ring that I love just as much as my old one. Safe to say, I've insured it again with TH March and will never be taking it off.

This is our first year with the company and right from the start we we’re impressed with the help and advice they gave about our insurance needs some of which were quite specialised and we needed to get it right for our peace of mind. The price we were quoted was less than the total being paid to our existing companies which was a bonus. We then had the misfortune to have a specialised worktop chipped and although minor the repair was expensive in relation to size
We rang the company and they sent a claim form and when the worktop was fixed and the invoice paid TH March paid us within an hour.
What more could we have asked.
