Thomas Brown sold my house within a few weeks after I had had it on the market with several other agents for a year. Numerous viewings and offers . They exceeded my expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending them. The sale is going through smoothly and a big thank you to them.

The very best Estate Agents - They encourage the buyers to view, know the area well themselves so are informative. They work really hard to get property sold for the sellers and for the buyers to get what they are looking for. Very honest and professional. No pressure. A big mention for Jason who done my viewings and Liz who progressed the sale and was always helpful with answering any questions and keeping me up to date and informed of absolutely everything I needed to know and to do. And the last few days Amy has also been amazing...Everyone at Thomas Brown has played a big part. Highly recommended 5* - Personally, I wouldn't use anyone else and have already started recommending them to my neighbours - Thank you sooooo much xx

My elderly mum has sold her property with Thomas Brown. The sale was a little harder than anticipated but thanks to Liz, the sales progressor, it was finally pushed over the line! If it wasn’t for Liz (and, at the end Amy) we would have had no clue what was going on over the weeks, she pushed the buyer’s solicitors daily and we are very grateful for her hard work.

Thomas Brown Orpington Branch has been excellent throughout the sale of our mum’s house. Due to the weak housing sentiment, the process took longer than expected, but throughout, Thomas Brown Orpington were professional, engaged and thoughtful.
