Thornley Groves : They do a good job for us.
I have been using Thornley Groves now for a few years. They are a large agent and as such seem to have the systems in place to cope with the high pace and ever changing legal landscape of Buy-to-Let. What I particularly like is that I still have a dedicated property manager, not a bot or an AI assistant. My contact is Michael Richardson and I like working with him because he always responds promptly and courteously to my emails. I think this works well because he understands that we have to work together to solve problems, and he always seems to understand what is required, and he has a sense of humour! Thanks and keep up the good work.

Our property manager for the last two years has been Katie Garner and I can only praise her and thank her for her diligence and efficiency with enquiries. She was able to extend our tenancy for us by the exact time we requested to accommodate our upcoming move and we are beyond grateful for the time and energy (and money!) she saved us by preventing an arduous moving process. A big thanks to the Thornley groves team for the help during our tenancy, but particularly to Katie.

Michelle Cleary saves the day Thankyou!!
I've been a client of TG for the best part of 20 years, although recently this didn't seem to matter to the senior management. The glass in my patio door had been broken and I asked TG to source a company to replace it, which they did and duly took £600 from my account. Shortly afterwards, the glass company went bust and the senior management of TG hid behind T&Cs and didn't have the moral character to refund my money. The issue dragged on for over 12 months, until Michelle Cleary became involved and within a matter of weeks, had sourced a reputable company and the glass was replaced. Michelle is an absolute star and never gave up, by demonstrating both application and determination when solving this on-going problem. It's a pity that all those involved previously to this, couldn't show similar qualities. Thankyou Michelle, if it was possible I'd give you 10 stars!
