I wagered 60k$ and i was betting a lot on Dota 2 and Cs2. Couple days ago my account was suspended for verification purposes and i did my verification successfully and they opened back my account. BUT after that i saw that my limit went 10x DOWN from limits i had before being suspended. I asked support: Why is my limits went down? They answer: We don't adjust individual betting limits on Thunderpick accounts.
And THAT IS straight lie to customer becuase in their betting rules #21 says: We also reserve the right to adjust limits on individual Accounts as well. Okay first lie it’s not the end
I asked if my friend will create account on Thunderpick, he will have 10x bigger limits than me HAVING wagered 60k with verified account, they say we can’t talk about others accounts 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I also got shadow banned on betting on exact league in cs2 because my limit is 0$ xD
I wanted to become VIP and also and now my bets limit are 5$. This is insane scam i wonder how other people become VIP on their website. I have all proofs that I’m honest player but they do not care at all

This is just awful.
I signed up for this site for a fun time. Nothing seemed out of place, and I deposited almost $500 in total. I played around a bit, then withdrew a little more – $515, which was basically my deposit.
My account was blocked and I was required to undergo identity verification. Okay, so I sent the required documents for verification. Ultimately, I waited over 10 days for a response, and support couldn't give me anything useful.
Today, I received an email saying my withdrawal was rejected, followed by another email saying I violated the site's terms of use, so my account is blocked, and my deposits will not be refunded (why on earth did this company take other people's money??).
I ask you to spread the word about this outrageous act of this company and return my deposit!

Upd: I wrote to the email address that handles disputes, but I still haven't received any response.
Personally, I don't see any problem with returning my deposit. Even if you've violated something, you shouldn't take players' personal money (especially when I'm completely innocent).

Ups2: 5 days have passed, their dispute department has not given any response, and neither have they themselves!

Upd3: After the second update, this company even bothered to respond, claiming I violated clause 21.7 of their rules, allegedly providing false information, even though this is my only account, I'm an adult, and my documents are original. Furthermore, this clause states that they only have the right to cancel my winnings, so it's even more unclear on what basis this company stole my deposit.
And they even marked my review as slanderous, even though they're cheating everyone. It almost feels like they just randomly listed a clause in the rules and that's it. That's how they treat their clients, take note!
Upd4: It's been more than a month, and I haven't received any more messages, and the company is ignoring my emails. I can safely call this company a scam. Avoid it at all costs

I placed regular bets on CS2 during a Tier 1 tournament and won $3,325 in total. When I withdrew my funds, I received a notification requiring a KYC (which, of course, isn't required when you make a deposit).
For the first three days, they asked me to send photos of my passport, a piece of paper with text, and proof of address. One proof isn't enough, they also require many bank statements or utility bills.

For the next five days, tech support sent template emails stating, "Your application will be processed within 1-2 business days." When the deadline expired, they still sent the same message.
Finally, a week later, they sent me a message stating I was violating their rules and would delete my account, but they would allow me to withdraw my deposit. The email didn't specify any violations or what they were.
According to their rules, if there are violations, they confiscate all funds. In this case, they returned the deposit, which clearly indicates I hadn't violated any rules. I'd also like to point out that there were about 200 bets, and none of them were cancelled. They simply took the winnings without any reason.

Their rules state that you can open a dispute and write to a different email address, a response should arrive within 24-48 hours. I filed a dispute outlining all the circumstances and confirmed that I placed my bets fairly and in good faith. I haven't received any response, meaning their rules don't work, and you have no way to challenge the decision in any jurisdiction.

These companies are also allowed to host a Tier 1 tournament, which will be held in Malta in October, which is completely unfair.

I'll revise my review if the situation is resolved and write an update.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been gambling online for over 12 years with many different sportsbooks and this is one of the worst platforms I’ve ever used. Customer service is useless. Every time you contact them you just get the same copy-paste emails and no real answers. The KYC process takes forever and nobody seems to actually look at your documents.

I won a decent amount at this company, started withdrawing, and they sent me verification. They asked for one photo per person, plus multiple bank statements pdf (I sent them four bank statements). They forced me to redo many selfies with a piece of paper and a date (four photos with different dates). After a long time, they told me my account was blocked due to a policy violation and they simply took all my money. There was about $670 in my account.

Hello. Normally people will only bother making a review when they have a bad experience(me included), but i feel i need to give credit where credit is due. I have created my account in January 2023, so it's been over 3 years now that i've been consistently playing at thunderpick. I basically bet only on an e-sport called Dota 2. Sometimes i win, sometimes i lose. But whenever i manage to win, i can count on my money to be not only paid, but paid QUICKLY. In the past 3 years they have never failed me, which is what a person is looking for when they are putting their own money on the line. Even the KYC which sometimes can be a stressfull event, went smoothly and quickly over the course of 3 days. So, props to you thunderpick. I hope you continue being a reliable, legit and successful place to have fun.

I am not one that makes reviews often but I have to give my props to Thunderpick. Recovering from gambling addiction, pretty much all betting sites you can think of are self excluded. This made me fall back on a "newer" casino. I did not think I just deposited once, twice and three times totaling 2500 usd. I was able to come out in the end with 6300 usd. There were a bit of confusion with rollover requirements and that is when I decided to check Trustpilot reviews and I thought I had just got scammed. In the end, after a 5 minute internet chat with an assistant he explained to me how rollover works and that Live casino only contributes 5%. I was then able to play a bit of slots without losing too much money. Then I made 3 different withdrawal requests and 30 minutes later I had already received the whole 6000 usd winning in my crypto wallet. There are a lot of bad reviews out there but in my case it worked out just fine.

Shitty company, 6 days of just asking for more and more documents, while specifying everytime if my documents are good - they are saying yes and after that asking to send the same thing. Have sent them like 3-4 pics of myself, like 8-10 pics of different angles of my documents, 3 different bank statements. I placed a bet on multiple games to win, I won 1 and wanted to cash out. I was trying but it was not confirming the win even after 15 minutes has gone by. Since it was not confirming my win it was not letting me cash out since the match was on going, even after the next match started with 1 of the same players as the first game.

They delay the win as long as they can so the next match can start and you are not able to do anything about it. I took a screenshot of this and support told me im on my own. After the second game with the same player from the first game was concluded the first game was still pending but go figure 5 seconds after I lose the second bet it get's instantly concluded.

I heard a lot of shady stuff from people on reddit and gave this site a shot either way, I personally deposited thousands of dollars and decided to give this site a shot anyways, I will never use this site again after they refuse to pay out my win.
