Once I mastered the process of arranging complimentary ticket it was a 5 star service.

One issue to address is the members tickets. Two adults and children free.
System printed 4 tickets. Some people who used all four tickets when they were single. Something I will talk more about and refine for next year.

The on the ground Ticketebo staff rostered for our event were excellent. The supervisors had done prior research into the event so had good general knowledge to assist guests as well as were properly briefed to make the set up and flow seamless.

Head office staff were also easy to work with and provided quick and reliable support.

This is the third year that Ticketebo has sold tickets for our annual fundraising event. Each year they provide quick service and are very responsive, making changes and suggestions quickly. From initial enquiry to finalising the invoice - everything is professional and timely.

We had trouble with the scanner not working and had to wait until the next morning to contact them. Good news they were open on a Sunday, they were able to fix the problem before we needed it on the Sunday. Other than that hiccup, we will continue to use them as it is easy to use and they are very efficient, money was paid quickly.

The crew at Ticketebo were always helpful and ready to make edits to the page when necessary

The only "problem" with this event was, many people could not work out the option to nominate a donation amount so they had to select donate $50 multiple times

The fact that there was a donate option as well as tickets was brilliant though!

Great experience with Ticketebo, would definitely use again. Staff are very helpful, easy to setup and use.

Traveling from California to Scotland and took out insurance through the ticketebo app and booked a highland games. My Spouse was transferred last week to another school in the same district who will not honor the booked vacation time. Every single refund category avenue attempted was "NOT COVERED" and they said try to get your money back from the event organizer even though the games site says no refunds except through ticketebo.
Smells like a scam.

Poor response after numerous requests. Pay insurance for tickets through ticketebo had a father inlaw extremely unwell on ventilator sent pictures it's taken them for ever to reply and like usual decline the insurance Never Ever will I use this insurance again. I should have given the tickets away had I known how long the response would be and they don't like to pay out the insurance. Be aware if you have issues and can't make the venue you basically have to be on death bed to get cover what a world we live in. Poor company response well and truly after the event your licence should be removed from not only Australia but worldwide as I believe you make every effort not to pay claims!!

We had another annual Great event Yarra valley Rodeo
20th Jan . after many years of running this event i feel this was the smoothest of all with no hassles at all . Front gate staff were fantastic and all through our ticketing pre sales we had no issues with Ticketebo they got the job done once again for us.

Ticketbo is quite easy and convenient system to set up an event. Love the team's prompt response and actions taken in helping us organize our event.

Using ticketebo was so easy to set up and use for our event. Any questions I had were answered quickly and they didn’t miss a beat. Even when it was time to deposit the money was completed in 24 hours after the event close.
