Always a pleasure using Ticketebo for our annual Peninsula Snapper Challenge. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and the repsonse to requests is always very quick.

Tickets not supplied.
My wife bought 3 tickets to the Whittlesea Show at 3pm with the promise they'd arrive within minutes. Five hours later we've yet to receive any tickets. Email sent because the office isn't taking calls as they're closed for the day. And don't open until 9am tomorrow by which time we'll have left home and be en route to the event. So if the tickets haven't arrived by early morning. Which I have no confidence in having not arrived by now and the office opening at 9am. Meaning we'll have to buy more tickets at the gate and hope to get a refund from ticketbo since they failed to provide them on time, or at all. Something else I have no confidence in given their failure thus far.

Apologies for the 6.13am email John, and sorry to hear your wife has not received her tickets via email. Definitely no need to buy new tickets at the gate. Out of phone hours support is available 7 days a week, so if your service request has not already been dealt with, can you please send an email to service@ticketebo.com.au (we will be needing ticket purchaser's name and email address so we can track down the order and resend them). Alternatively please come and see any of the Ticketebo entry staff at the Whittlesea gate, and we can look up your tickets in the entry software and check you in. The team looks forward to seeing you at the show soon!

The whole team are exceptionally helpful, the customer service & client experience is wonderful. Nothing is too much for them.
Quick to respond to queries and help out, even outside of regular business hours. Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else for ticketing our event.

Trivia night fundraiser
Using Ticketebo for our high school's trivia night fundraiser made tickets for the night so easy. The staff at Ticketebo were extremely helpful, friendly and checked in with us to make sure that it was set up exactly how we wanted.
We will definitely be using them again in the future.
We highly recommend them for any ticketing you may need for an event.
