Spent £300 for Guns and Roses tickets. No tickets, email saying I would get a refund, no refund and no reply on phones/emails. SCAMMERS!!!

I bought tickets for the world cup and like all of you this website was a scam. I would like to get my money back. Some of you said that their credit card company have refund their money. I paid with a mastercard from France. Doi you think they could reimburse me ?

Bought 5 tickets in January for the Rugby World cup final - had emails with staff (david) saying they would be with me 4 weeks before. Nothing....no tickets, no reply to emails. Totally gutted as 50th gift for my husband...

Paid for 4 tickets for the rugby world cup, haven`t received them. No reply to emails, company dissolved and no website. SOOOO angry, the credit card company is sorting a refund and we have managed to get some tickets....

No NFL tickets received. Reported to Halifax fraud team and awaiting a refund. Website no longer operating. No response to email. Scam.

In June my wife bought two tickets for my birthday, RWC South Africa vs Ireland at Stade de France in Paris on 23 September, with a promise from the crook "David" that the tickets would be delivered electronically within 5 days of the event. Follow-up by phone and email over the last week has been ignored, while the Ticketlyst website gives an error response. Of concern is that this felon's other website, Guestlyst, still works, so probably continues to theive from those customers. Beware!

Thankfully we bought replacement tickets from Ticombo, very reliable, and went to Paris to enjoy an electric match.

I am likely to get the money back from my credit card company, and the case has been reported to the police (Action Fraud), so hopefully this shyster will be stopped in his thieving ways. Good riddance!

Bought tickets in March 2023, but realised on 21st Aug that we weren't going to get any of the tickets bought for the RWC from this site. over £4000 lost, BUT we went straight to our bank and lodged a fraud case, they listed it as a disputed transaction on 21 Aug and today we have received all our money back. Ticket Lyst (aka Guest Lyst) are listed at companies house - reg 13764963 - David Gunn. On 17 August - when he knew he'd need to start supplying tickets and would get found out he filed for a company dissolution at Companies House, BUT on 21 Sept, no doubt due to the volume of money he has scammed and the number of people involved - the dissolution has been suspended. Everyone - you have over 500 days to claim for fraud transactions if the fraud involves tickets for future events - so get onto your bank and maybe you will be lucky and get your money back - he obviously used a UK bank so even if the money was moved out of UK it's the UK bank that will need to repay you and your own bank can sort that - it also doesn't matter if a debit or credit card was used - all the same situation.

This company is a scam. I purchased two tickets for irl v scl on 7 Oct and no tickets and no answer from any email. Thankfully I can claim back in my credit card.

En novembre 2022 j'ai acheté deux places pour le tournoi des 6 nations (mars 2023) et deux places pour la coupe du monde de rugby (septembre 2024, cet après midi). Puis aucune nouvelle malgré mes mails pour savoir où étaient les billets. Au dernier moment en mars, j'ai reçu des places qui n'étaient pas de la bonne catégorie mais "David" m'a remboursé la moitié de leur valeur. J'étais du coup un peu rassurée pour la suite. Mais aujourd'hui je n'ai rien reçu malgré tous les mails envoyés et le match est cet après midi. Donc c'est mort, 260£ de foutu en l'air. Peut-on porter plainte contre ce monsieur? Y a t'il des moyens pour faire ça?

Avoid, have now been scammed for tickets for RWC for 2 matches. A total of £1752. Has really upset me and has changed how I deal with purchases online.

Purchased two tickets to Ireland vs Scotland tickets as a Christmas gift for my husband. Like everyone else I checked Trust Pilot, nothing negative so I purchased. Had a few back and fourth emails with Davin Gunn right after the purchase and started to worry when no tickets and no response to any communication this month. Barclays have been great and inundated with people with the same story over and over.

Swindle of the highest grade. I, like so many of you, bought tickets for the RWC in France back in June and was told, yes by David, that “they receive tickets from the promoter closer to the day of the event, rather than the time tickets went on sale. For most events now, there is the print at home option. You will be notified as soon as they are ready. If you don’t receive them 5 days prior please email us asap”
And when I emailed this week, there’s no response and I get worried. When I clicked the website on previous emails it now states error 404. Company doesn’t exist.
When I initially checked this ticketlyst on Trustpilot , the reviews were green, positive and active! No bad reviews! But now, they’re all bad
Some good news though is that my bank who deal with fraud are investigating and I am quietly hopeful of getting a refund and maybe even still get to go see my matches. The transport and accommodation is already paid.

Having been scammed by Ticketlyst out of 2 Peter Kay tickets for a total of £340, I contacted my bank and they pursued the parent company Guest Lyst for a refund which I have now received. Shout out to Barclays but if you've been ripped off by Ticketlyst, keep pursuing them through your bank and you will hopefully be as lucky as me. I will never use them again - bad people!

During March I bought two tickets for a RWC match on Sep.9th. Payed 990£, I claimed inmediatly the tickets and they (David) answered that the French Rugby organisation were not delivering the tickets until the month before the tournemet. That was true at that time. I started to insist with them in July but I did not receive answer neither to my e mails nor to my telephone calls. I did the denounce to the police and to to my French Bank (I paid with a Visa card issued by a French Bank) but the Bank is telling me that no reimbourse is due ...
