Bought 2 tickets for scotland v ireland rugby world cup in paris october 2024.On my orders list it states there are no orders(scam)..tried calling,it says this number is no longer available.wrote 2 emails--no reply.
keep the fingers away from this company.
Totally shattered as my wife and i have already booked accomodation in Paris.Unbelievable con artists.

Purchase 2 tickets to a concert and 6 months kater, 2 days before the show David wrote to me to say he could not provide the tickets and that I would receive a full refund within 5 to 8 business days.
It's been 3 weeks and no refund has been received.
I would urge you nit to use this company.
They should be blacklisted.

We had pink tickets booked for the 24th June for Hyde park, to receive an email on the Wednesday to say they won’t be coming, and still to this point no money but £320, and it was my daughters Xmas present too.

So further to my previous post,no refund obviously but I paid by credit card and have opened a payback claim dispute with them,I suggest anyone in the same situation who payed by credit card does the same!!!!!!this is theft and I won’t stand for it!

This so called company has also taken my money for 2 Depeche mode tickets, I didn't hear about receiving my tickets 2 days before the concert so I contacted them. Like many of you have said on this platform, it's looking more like a scam, they sent my an automated reply saying they are a buying and selling operator and had been let down by the seller, I would receive my refund in 5 to 8 working days, I'm obviously still waiting. No reply to my emails and I'm now thinking I will take legal advice. This is happening to so many, how is this company still operating?! Just wished I had read the reviews before I parted with my hard earned money. Totally gutted and feel stupid for being duped!

Please DO NOT buy tickets from this site. £790 taken for tickets that don't exist. Tried to call and phone not connecting, tried to email and no response.
Absolute scum of the earth. David is not the real name of the person in charge of this website....it's a fake profile. Trying desperately to get our money back but I doubt we'll see it. Hard earned money taken by scumbags who will probably get off on reading this review!

Somehow managed to get a refund today...not sure if it was Ticket Lyst or my bank that sorted it. However, still do not recommend buying tickets from this site. Had no correspondence about the refund, it just turned up in my account after threatening further action.

I never received my concert tickets or the refund, s please never buy from them ever. They have 2 websites as well, one for luggage operating as GUESTLYST which also appears on your bank statement when you pay. These are scammers. Don't trust them.

Guns N Roses supported by The Darkness at Hyde Park, Friday June 30th. Tickets totalling £600:00 purchased in December last year. 72 hours before show they emailed saying no tickets. Doubt very much we will receive a refund judging by all I can see written here. So sorry for everyone else scammed in this way.
Phone calls not answered. Very much doubt any response to email either. Pretty much my son's entire salary for the month, gone.

DO NOT USE this company under any circumstances as they are a scam and I too have fell for their shenanigans. David Gunn the Director trades under Ticketlyst, which is a trading name of Guestlyst Ltd.

wow. I have no words to say and any hopes of getting my money back after reading all 100% scam reviews. same here, received email from them saying all paper tickets have been converted to digital, would receive in 72 hours. its a day before the concert and still no response from them.

Same: Depeche Mode for july 17 2023.
Bought feb this year, emailed tickets would change from paper to etickets, but then told nothing available and would receive full refund. Waited 5-8 days: nothing, false number to call in email.

**Update - No refund and no response - FRAUD SITE ** Let us down three days before Guns and Roses at BST. E-mail from Dave says they couldn’t get tickets and we will get our refund in 5-7 days. Fingers crossed they return the money but not holding out much hope given the rest of the reviews here. Absolutely gutted.

Just been massively scammed from a Guns and Roses concert in Hyde Park just three days before the concert. Absolutely appalled. Don't buy anything from them. Ever.

It's a scam, I purchased VIP tickets for guns and roses for a treat for my wife who has been battling secondary breast cancer, stupidly paid by Debit card so no guarantee the bank will refund me. £580 .

Fraud website!! Emailed at time of booking asking how tickets are sent, David reply within an hour stating paper tickets one month before now he is non contactable and no tickets have arrived! Disgusting
Update today in response to my email on the whereabouts of my tickets. Apparently they were let down by the sellers so they will issue a refund, clearly won’t be receiving this. Will start a claim through my credit card company once the 5-8 business days are up
Credit card company have refunded me very quickly and easily, such a shame it had to come to this. Reported through actionfraud

Absolutely scum. I had the same bad experience like others, paid for the tickets and never received them. Now even not answer telephone or emails. Looks like I have been lost money.

If you are reading this and have been through a similar experience as the rest of us (bought tickets but none have come) please contact the authorities and report this website. It is a scam. If we can get justice for ourselves there may be a chance we can get our money back. I’m glad I found out it was a scam this week as, I was planned to see black pink on the 2nd of July and if I hadn’t found out, I wouldn’t have been able to get real tickets beforehand.

This website is a fraud, I purchased two tickets for Pink this coming Saturday back in December, needless to say I haven’t received them and as the company are not replying to emails and their phone line is disconnected I don’t think I will… This company was set up by the two directors who also use Guest Lyst as a trading name and both companies are registered to ghost addresses. It’s a disgrace that the Ticket Lyst website is still online and potentially ripping off innocent unsuspecting people 😡😡😡
