Thought I had purchased two tickets via Ticketlyst in December 2022for my husband for Xmas for the England vs Chile rugby world cup on 23 September 2023. I checked Trustpilot to ensure no negative reviews before booking - none were recorded. But like all the others reports David advised gave various answers via e-mail, but don't think these tickets will arrive.

Avoid like the plague. Paid for a Ryder cup ticket which has never come, they don't answer the messaging service and number to call always unavailable. Please learn from mine and others mistakes.

I’ve been scammed for my Blackpink year tickets . They are not replying to my emails nor calls .

I bought in march from Belgium 2 tickets for the Rugby World cup I paid 690 £ . The event is the 14th september . I tried to contact the site. The mail is failure
and the phone number is not fonctional .
Does the English Police try to do something to stop that mess ????

Like many others, I thought this to be a reputable company, and bought two tickets in April for the SA v Romania RWC game in Bordeaux taking place on 17 September. I should have known something was amiss when my initial credit card payment was declined (my card company may have already been suspicious and tried to protect me, but I tried again).

The payment went through and the last email I received from this company was on 27 April to say my tickets had been allocated and would be shipped one month before the event. No tickets and no responses to emails or customer contact forms lead me to research them in depth and find all these shocking reviews on TrustPilot.

I can only hope that our reviews can spare other poor souls from being defrauded. I have reported this case to the Action Fraud team and encourage as many others to do the same as possible. Simultaneously have lodged a dispute with my credit card company in the hopes of recovering the funds.

Same as everyone. Bought tickets in november 2022! Still haven't them and had no answers to my emails and calls.

I called my bank, apparently this is a mirror website but the thief makes us pay via another website "guestlyst" which is a copy of an irrish true website "guest list". Whatever... I ask everyone to report them on actionfraude.police.uk to hope make them fall... But there is nothing more to do unfortunatly...

Total scam, the website had no real bad opinions when i bought tickets in march for matchs in september... now it's august and still no tickets, but the money is gone... "sales" department answerd back in march to my questions but now no answers to my messages. I will report it to the police and credit card company. Can't understand how this site still runs transactions

Brought RWC tickets in March, David emailed me and stated that I would receive my tickets around the beginning of August. Nothing received and Ticket Lyst has disappeared. No contact and no response. They have stolen my money and ruined a vacation for four people travelling from New Zealand. How does this happen? How can we all get our money back or prosecute this fraudulent scumbag.

I bought 4 tickets for the opening match a few months ago and immediately emailed to check that I'd get my tickets. On a first reminder I was told that the tickets would be delivered just before the match. This week I sent an e-mail to find out when the tickets would be sent and I've had no reply. Reading your comments I'm very worried. What recourse do I have?

Bought 4nr tickets for Ireland v Scotland in October for Rugby World cup.

I feel gutted and stupid reading all these reviews. Mad contact with guy that operated it last July when i bought it and he convince me he was totally legit and said there will be a delay in getting tickets as he was secondary ticket agent. just sent two email last week and guess what ... no reply .. shocked and im down 1,000 euro even though they sent me an invoice.
this is fraud and with them legally acknowleging purchase with invoice issued...gutted and i hope UK Fraud office and Media gets this guy. Tom Ireland

Very disappointing :(
No wonder these sites keep getting away with this.
They have the credit card companies, who know where the money goes - yet, they can't identify the criminals.. unreal

I thankfully got refunded by Visa.

Looks like I have also been Scammed too I bought a Ticket for Ireland v Scotland Rugby World Cup Oct 7th in Paris costing £199 back in February this year, I have also booked up Flights and Hotels costing nearly €1000 in Total, I now have the option of going out with no Ticket or not going at all losing all my money. I will have to wait after to try and get back the £199 from my Credit Card as goods not Received, Very Disappointed in being Scammed.

How do I get my money back?
Paid £600 for 2 tickets rugby World Cup and I don't think they will arrive!

I also have a complaint for fraud. I bought 8 tickets for the world rugby 2023 and the company stopped answering my mails. I am going to the police now and hope that all of you do the same.

Like many of you, I also made a ticket purchase through TicketLyst (Guestlyst Ltd) and am facing the same issue of not receiving the tickets and getting no response from the company.

I recently found out that the company has been closed since August 15th. This discovery led me to file an official complaint with the relevant authorities. I'm in the process of exploring other avenues to recover the lost money. If any of you have managed to secure a refund or have insights on how best to proceed, it would be greatly appreciated if you could share your experiences.

I believe that by coming together, we might find a solution to this issue and ensure no more individuals fall prey to any potential fraudulent activities.

Bought tickets for Ireland v Scotland Rugby World Cup in October a few months back and seeing these reviews is very disappointing. Have accomodation and flights bought as well. Why is this site still allowed to be up and why do even the credit card companies allow transactions. Its obvious from these reviews that people have been done and have made contact with credit card companies and fraud sections. I'm stuck now as well and do I fork out for another ticket somewhere. Is any of these resale sites trustworthy.

Do not use this company. Tickets not delivered, promised a refund and never heard from them since even following multiple emails and unanswered calls. If the one listed Director (David) is too busy to respond, maybe he should just spend his time refunding clients OR closing his business!

Zero star review! Bought tickets from them ages ago for Depeche Mode and never received them or the refund. Luckily I managed to do a chargeback through my bank instead so have finally received money back. Have reported company to action fraud website also. Avoid!!!!!
Update: action fraud are unable to do anything as yet as they haven’t received enough reports about this site. I urge anyone else who has used them to report to action fraud so the site can be investigated by the police. They would have withheld a lot of money from people who are embarrassed to report that they’ve been scammed….

Do not use a scam, they take your money, cancel the tickets then never issue the refund
