This is a scam!! bought tickets for Peter Kay, was told they would arrive near the concert date. But they did not arrive. No response to emails and the phone number is no longer available.DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!

SCAM......stay away from this company.My wife and i bought tickets for the irlend v scotland rugby match in paris. no ticktes,no reply to our many emails,the telephone number no longer exists. We were forced to contact "Action Fraud" UK....They were helpful(even though we had to wait an hour to become a REAL person on the telephone. They gave us a case number to pass onto Mastercard/Visa.....this will help anyone who has paid with Mastercard or Visa to become your money back. We became a prompt reply from Mastercard and they will reimburse us.I strongly urge anyone who has been conned by this company to contact actionfraud.police.co.uk,or call the london met which we did.So,,,all is not lost folks...Report this unashamed fraudster for what he is.I know its shi**y not to become your tickets,but think about other people also.

Scam!!!! Do not buy any tickets!!! Hope they will be in police hands soon!!! I spent almost 700 pounds and i received no tickets!!!

We purchased tickets to the Rugby World Cup for England vs Japan in March 2023. I have emailed the customer help line, also trying to chase down a number but no luck in replies to emails. We have spent over 700 pounds for these tickets, airfares booked, Hotel booked, and planned out the trip and still no tickets. Not sure what the next steps are now as if I do not here back in the next 24 - 72 hrs from Ticketlyst then I would assume this is a scam and I have been scammed. Ticketlyst - why don't you reply to emails, why can't you tell when I will receive my tickets, if no tickets then refund the money that I paid.. Ticketlyst were are you!!!!!! Getting worried, frustrated and concerned with this company and seems to be more and more at the moment with no reply a scam? I want the tickets we purchased or a refund as simple as that now RB

Complete and utter crooks! Wish I'd read the reviews before parting with £300! Paid my money, got e-mails saying my tickets 'were allocated and that I'd receive them a month before the event'! Three weeks after I should have received them there is no sign of them! Can't get hold of them either! Now in the hands of Barclaycard to get my money back!

Pity I can’t give them no stars because otherwise I would. We purchased Bruce Springsteen tickets and despite being reassured nothing was wrong and all would be issued we were let down at the last minute. We were sent a mail saying the refund would take place 5-8 days and I’m still waiting despite three follow ups. This place looks like a scam and I will be going to the police to open a case if my money is not received this week. Stay away if you don’t want to be disappointed. Appalling company that should be stopped from trading.

I am writing this on behalf of my friend who bought tickets from ticketlyst. The representative pretended not to have received the money and asked him to send again. In fact the amount had gone through twice in the end. The representative then stopped communicating.

This is a borderline criminal company. I have a crime reference number now and am dealing with the police. You can see on companies house the company has changed hands many times. It’s now based in N1 and their phone number does not connect

I can only agree with all of the other reviews.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT DOWN RIGHT NOW SO THAT THEY DON'T SCAM ANYONE ELSE.

Do not buy tickets from Ticket Lyst!!! Both me and my friend brought tickets separately and neither of us received the tickets or a refund!
If you have brought tickets from them make sure you do not use their website to email them any correspondence as you do not get a copy, and you will need proof of your correspondence when trying to claim your money back with your credit card company… keep a record of everything, on their terms and conditions it states it is the customer’s responsibility to contact them if they have not received tickets a few days before by phone but their phone number doesn’t work and they do not reply to emails! FRAUDSTERS!!!!!

Ditto re DM Twickers,no Tickets promised refund in 5-8 days still waiting. Its in hand with my Credit card company they are Refunding me in 25 days. Lucky and lucky again managed to get Tickets on day of show at half the price.

After waiting for a reply to my anxious queries re refund for non Bruce Springsteen tickets, and no reply to my telephone calls, my refund duly arrived today a week late. I’m pleasantly surprised but Ticketlyst must be more clear as to their methods and keep customers better informed.

I should have read the reviews before going ahead and when i did my heart sank. Needless to say my tickets never arrived. Every review I have read is a carbon copy of what i experienced.

I recently booked ticket for depeche mode on 17th June for my friends 50th and they failed to turn up. I have emailed ticket list on multiple occasions and I have even been promised money £566 will be returned with 5-8days with no money ever reaching my account. There is a telephone number no one answers and now they have stopped responding to my email

I bought tickets for the rugby world cup in France 2023 in February, today in my account the purchase does not appear and they do not answer my emails or calls.
My bank says that it took too long to make the claim.
Ilost 1200 pounds.

Was told less than 24 hours before convert that I was not getting my 2 tickets amd still waiting for my refund looks lien will have to ring my credit card for refund
Can't get through on the phone either

Scammers!!! I purchased 2 tickets for Pink 24th of June few mnths before this date. 2 days before I have got Email that That They havent got got my tickets!!! and should be refund 5 to 8 working days. No money back and answer!!! AVOID THIS SCAMMERS!!!

This company are scammers. Booked 2 tickets in Dec to go to Depeche mode. Got told 48 hours before the concert that no tickets would be forthcoming. Still waiting for refund of over three hundred pounds. Do not use them. SCAMMERS

Same story as the other people! Bought 2 Depeche Mode tickets for 17 June told tickets dispatched 72 hours before then the email not getting them and will receive a refund 5-8 days before! Can’t get them on the phone or email! I have reported this company to Citizen Advice but also you should contact your credit card or pay pal account and request a charge back under section 75 for goods not received. I’ve started this process this morning plus reported them as scammers. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Very disappointing.
