Went to an event to find my will call tix was non-existent. Yup - total scam. How do these things continue to happen? I'm so hating the way our world has forced us to use this way of getting things done then it turns on us. This is a perfect example. The place acted like it was no big deal too - happens alot because of people that use their talents to do such things - such a shame.

Bought tickets weeks ago. I have a receipt but no tickets weeks later and no one has replied to any emails. SCAMMERS

They never sent me a ticket and have no number I can call. They don't reply to their email. They literally stole my money and there's no way to contact them.

I ordered my tickets about two weeks ago and they keep telling me that there is a hold on my tickets a week prior to the concert. Well, it is a week prior to my concert and now they are telling me that there is a hold on my tickets three days before the concert and after seeing all the reviews I’m really scared that they screwed me over.

I purchased tickets through TicketWeb but was never sent the tickets. I called but received no answer so ended up emailing back and forth several times. They say that they have no record of the purchase so I sent them a screenshot of my credit card statement. Then they said all sales are final. So they said there’s no record of a sale, yet they charged my card, never sent me the tickets, and will not refund my money. Horrible customer service. There’s no option for zero stars otherwise that’s what I would give them. Scam artist company.

Ticketweb's garbage internet connection and outrageous ticket prices make it an absolute nightmare. Avoid this money-grabbing mess at all costs.

Purchased 2 tickets to concert via ticket web. When scanned for admission, they read INVALID. We were denied entry to the event.

Tony Rock tickets had the address for the San Jose Improv as 62 S2nd Street San Jose CA and the correct address is 62 N2nd Street San Jose CA well I arrived at the address printed on the ticket Nothing there so then I did a search to find I had incorrect location arrived at show late now 9:42 actually the door man was closing door as I was walking up not knowing he would not Open it again since show was starting WoW.....San Jose Improv you need to Improve really

They charged 78.00 for 18.00 tickets total crap!! 60.00 service fee?? Want a refund

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I booked for a certain date and received tickets to a different date. Writing to them did not resolve the problem and I’ve lost $145. Their customer service is super poor.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I bought VIP tickets and had to reach out to them to even receive tickets. I showed up to the venue (per times on ticket), missed our meet and greet because they never sent anything stating a different time. When I emailed the company, they said a separate email was sent and information was on the website. This information was NOT on the site nor did they send me an email. When they tried to say that the emails were delivered, it was specifically for my tickets, not VIP information. My group was only 1 out of 20 plus people that missed the meet and greet because of this company. Please do NOT use this company, they do not take ownership whatsoever.

Scam company. I wasted $120.00 on it before I realized.

I wish i could give less than a 1 star. I ordered tickets for a comedy show and it said error with my card information, eventually I gave up and looked down at my phone… CHARGING MY CARD 4 SEPARATE TIMES! I emailed tech support and they were absolutely no help

If I could rate less than one star I would!!!!!!!’ I just came from a comedy show I thought I was going to enjoy but do to this scam ass website my tickets had already been use!

Everytime I call them, no one answers & then the busy signal.

Ordered tickets to the Improv in Brookfield, WI. They overcharged me with bogus fees an extra $100! The charge went on my credit card immediately, but no email or text or confirmation of my tickets.
Called my credit card company to report this scam. They immediately credited back the amount to my credit card and are pursuing an investigation. ALWAYS REMEMBER ANY PURCHASES YOU MAKE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD ARE PROTECTED 😊

Can’t resell tickets I bought on TicketWeb, customer service number goes to a busy signal after one ring. 👎

My partner purchased two tickets for a music gig. The day of the gig he realised he had accidentally deleted the email with the tickets. The phone number just tells you to email and there no instant chat so i emailed. I explained the situation asking for the tickets to be resent but there's a delay of a day or so with with email. So we've purchased more tickets, sent an email explaining the situation and asking for the original lost tickets to be refunded. The answer was No Refund. Which I understand, but these tickets were lost. Not used. Not sold. Not just us changing our mind. Lost. And Ticket Web refuses to refund the cost even though we had to purchased more tickets due to their not having a phone line to contact.

Josel S Ticketweb customer support rep was an absolute legend for resending our tickets when they went to the incorrect email address. Extremely quick response time and very helpful.

If you ever have problems with your event, TicketWeb WILL NOT help you in any way. After purchasing concert tickets, we were informed that the venue changed the date of the show- a new date that doesnt allow us to attend due to previous commitments. Obviously, the change of the show date had nothing to do with action on our end of any kind. After sending multiple emails, I was told that they will not refund the tickets or even exchange them for future credit. It isn't my first issue I've had, but just an example of our frustration. Additionally, in 2020, we didn't even get a refund on tickets to a show that was cancelled due to covid. After 3 strikes, I'm out. Avoid this company if you can.
