Total Bait & Switch! BEWARE!!!! They sold me tickets which were not the same as advertised initially. They made absolutely 0 effort to resolve issue or accommodate. Notice how they have no page for reviews, I.e. Yelp, Google, etc? Totally shady!

I bought tickets from the website, choose electronic delivery, and got a confirmation email that said tickets would be delivered later. No problem since the event wasn't for a few weeks. However I never got the tickets sent to me and even though I sent a email 48 hours prior to the event, the customer service didn't respond till after my event. I was unable to get those tickets and then they said according to their policy they can't refund me since the event wasn't canceled even after acknowledging they hadn't delivered the tickets. I guess buyer be ware with TicketWeb.

I tried getting tickets for a Tessa violet concert went through the link on the website and after checkout it sent me tickets for a different band at the same location they said they won’t refund or exchange

I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong day while busy at work. They refused to do anything to help. Heartless. Fortunately, the venue let me in with the tix from the previous evening. It didn't cost them anything to do and they weren't jerks like the people at TicketWeb.

I don't usually leave reviews for these things, but the negative reviews I read on here lowkey stressed me out for two months until I was finally scanned into my concert yesterday. Purchased tickets on Ticketweb for a kpop concert and received the PDFs within an hour of purchase. Even after that, I was wondering if the tickets were legit because of what I've read. My friends and I attended the concert without any issues yesterday. Only took off a star because the fees are pretty high.

My tickets were delivered quickly and were easy to access from any device. The service charge was a bit high but what can you do.

I'd give zero stars but, y'all know how it goes with these reviews.
I searched for my show through Ticketmaster. It linked to Ticketweb where I made my purchase. The show is tonight. When I went to ticketweb to check my tickets, the site stated that I have no upcoming shows or purchases.
Clicked the link for customer service, it brought me to a game.

100% scam site.

If you read all the 1 star reviews, it definitely seems like a bunch of privileged gen z A-holes whining because they did something stupid and the company didn't reward their douchebaggery. I ordered tickets to a show, received the tickets in my email almost immediately, going to go to the show. Pretty stoked about it. I hope the tickets are legit, some dbag mentioned that the tickets themselves weren't legit. Hope they are.

Purchased tickets for a show. Unfortunately the sole band we wanted to see was forced off of the lineup, and no refund was offered. Tried reaching out and was essentially told to kick rocks. Felt like a bait and switch. Won’t be purchasing tickets from TicketWeb or TicketMaster again.

The event I had tickets for was cancelled in February. I have yet to get my refund and they stopped responding. I hope they enjoy my $87.02. I will never order from them again.

When purchasing ticket, I had to adjust my credit card information before finalizing the purchase. While adjusting the card info, the ticket type was altered to a higher cost ticket without my consent. Unfortunately I paid for the ticket before realizing there was a change to the ticket type. The customer support is nonexistent - no number to call, and just an automated email stating all sales are final. I feel that the ticket type change may have been purposeful to solicit more money. I’ll go out of my way to never use Ticketmaster or subsidiary companies ever again

How are these scammers still in business? I purchased concert tickets and was told I would get them 3 days before the concert. I did not, I checked every folder in my email for days. I emailed them 4 times because there is no actual number. They finally emailed me back the day AFTER the concert and told me no to a refund. This company is a scam. I've already been in touch with a lawyer from Pharr Texas for legal action. I'm tired of seeing everyone else's misfortune in dealing with this fake company. Lawyer up, boys!

Fist off, I purchased 2 tickets to the Brea Improv for a show on Saturday night. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make that show so I immediately reached out to them to see I would be able to exchange them for an earlier show. They took 2 days to reply only to tell me that there’s nothing they can do. I mean there was no accommodation or anything! To me, if you have a business and you have customers that keep your lights on, how in the hell can you tell the customer “there’s nothing you can do”?!

Of course there’s something you can do! Make an accommodation!

Was scared to buy from these guys based on other reviews but the band insta linked me there and so did ticket Master so I took a risk.
Got my tickets within a few seconds
I think as long as you don't mess up your email you should be be good only reviewing so the average person doesn't go to stubhub and pay 5x the price to feel safer

Horrible service. Very similar to another review. Never got tickets. “Oh must be in your spam”. Checked all folders. Refused refund. DO NOT ever do business with them ever…

Support was professional. The wrong ticket was issued. The reply took too long to get the correct ticket issued. I was blamed for a mistake made by the system and refused a refund. Will be avoiding doing business with this company in the future.

HORRIBLE STAY FAR FAR AWAY. They robbed me. I never got my tickets and they refused to give me a refund. The customer service is terrible. They told me that they sent the tickets and it must have gotten lost in my spam. They never sent anything. They literally stole from me.

I am a victim of fraud, plain and simple. I purchased show tickets for a performance on 10/3/21. this is my experience.

I purchased tickets for this concert originally scheduled for 10/3/21 to find out on 10/2/21 the show was postponed until spring of 22 due to Covid. I have found out a show is planned for 3/13/22 with Duke Tumatoe & The Power Trio at The same venue {The Token Lounge, Westland, MI} but have not received any info about this show or the status of my paid for tickets. Is this the make up appearance or is that still to be determined? I am very frustrated with this as the venue will not answer their phones as well. This is the only contact I have received since the purchase of the tickets.
