Not worth the money
I ordered the Iconic Wooden Play Kitchen and was very disappointed to receive what was obviously a used/returned product due to damage. The kitchen came chipped and marked up in multiple areas, with clear markers indicating where the damage was. Customer service didn’t seem to care because, as they explained, the “damage is cosmetic and doesn't compromise the overall structure or safety of the kitchen.” They offered a $15 “partial” refund on a $170 purchase for the cosmetic defects. Don’t waste your money.

Under our normal process, products that have been opened and show clear signs of use should not be resold. We take this concern seriously, and we will further investigate the condition of your kitchen and how this order was handled to better understand what happened.
We also understand that describing the damage as “cosmetic” did not address your concerns or the experience of receiving a $170 product in that condition. We’re sorry that our response did not provide the level of support you expected.

Great product for my 2 year old
A well made product that will last my 2 year old for many more years. We use it in our reading nook for bedtime stories and can open the chair up for nap time!

I love Tiny Land’s products
I love Tiny Land’s products! They are so well made, so cute, such a great value, and I even enjoy assembling them! It does help to have a power drill, but easy instructions and holes that align. :) We have purchased a kitchen and just recently a dollhouse. Our granddaughter loves playing with them. Definitely promotes imaginative play! And Chris in customer service was so responsive and helpful when I couldn’t find a product on their website. He even followed up to make sure all was well. Tiny Land is my favorite!

The photographs on this website are incredibly misleading. I purchased the whiteboard/chalkboard, which looks like it comes with a natural wood frame and stand. However, while the frame is a natural wood, the stand is basically particleboard. Nothing matches and it looks absolutely terrible. The frame itself is even two separate colors. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement, and the return policy is absolutely absurd. Basically, they say if a package is opened you only get 50% back. On a $120 whiteboard, I would assume that I would be getting something that at least has matching components. Do not buy.

Cutest dollhouse and amazing customer service
I purchased the Sweetwood dollhouse and the dolls but I accidentally typed my address wrong. Customer service was amazing in fixing the issues and making sure my package came in time for my daughter’s birthday party despite the confusion in address and delay in getting my order. They were so kind and helpful. Not to mention the dollhouse and dolls are the cutest I have ever seen! My daughter is going to love it! 20/10 can’t recommend TinyLand enough! :)

Granddaughter loves her dollhouse. Very well made and easy to put together. Love the modern furniture and things like the outdoor grill and patio set. Open front makes it easy to move furniture and the dolls around.

Exceptional service!
This company has the very best customer service! I bought a doll house for Christmas for my grandchildren, they love it. I had a new puppy staying with us and they chewed several of the wooden pieces. I wrote to them and asked if I could purchase the parts. They sent me the order info and then rebated my purchase price so basically sent them for free. Wonderful company, they just want you to be happy and I’ve had numerous conversations with customer service and they are always so positive.

I purchased the ICONIC play kitchen, refrigerator, and play food for my granddaughter’s upcoming 2nd birthday, Everything arrived except the refrigerator, which was a little disappointing at first, but one quick call to customer service completely changed that. I spoke to Anne and she was just wonderful - so kind, understanding, and genuinely helpful. She took care of the problem right away, and I had the refrigerator at my door just two days later! I really appreciated how easy she made everything and how quickly she followed through. It’s not often you get that kind of personal, caring service, and it truly made a difference. I’m so excited to see my granddaughter’s face when she sees her kitchen on her birthday

Disappointed by customer service...
I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received from Tiny Land. I’m a first-time customer, and I was buying climbing blocks for my 8-month-old (my first baby). I got a coupon by email for a first purchase, but it wouldn’t work when I tried to use it.
When I contacted customer service, they kept telling me I wasn’t a first-time customer because other people with my same name had purchased from them before. My name is somewhat common, but I explained several times that I had never ordered from Tiny Land. The other customers they were referring to lived in different states and had different email addresses, so they were obviously not me. They also shared screenshots of the customers' addresses with me, which feels like a violation of privacy.
They eventually agreed to refund me 15% after I bought the climbing blocks, which matched the coupon. But they never apologized for repeatedly accusing me of not telling the truth or for confusing me with completely different customers.
The climbing blocks are fine, but they arrived in a nearly-broken box. I simply expect better customer service and basic account verification from a company that I was really eager to try.
