Kitchen is perfect for our preschool and customer service was helpful in answering questions we had prior to our purchase.

Broken vent and oven light and dealing with customer service has been difficult. Only sent a replacement vent light and still doesn’t work. Kitchen is cute, but several features aren’t working for us

One item took forever to reach us and arrived in a beat up box. I reached out to get it replaced and never heard back. I will not be giving this company any more of my money.

We bought a chalkboard easel made by Tiny Land via Amazon. The assembly came with a missing insert on one of the part. We contacted Tiny Land and within a day, they promptly response and resolved the issue. We will definitely look into what other products they offer

My daughter-in-law suggested the mud/sand play station for my 3yo twin granddaughters' birthday gift. I was late ordering and emailed customer service, asking to get the set here within 7 days. I heard from the customer service rep a couple of hours later (on a Friday afternoon) and was told that the team would discuss it on Monday morning and try to get it to me by then. It was sent out on Tuesday morning and arrived on Friday afternoon. I was so relieved! I can't say enough good things about Tiny Land's customer service. The quality of the play station is great. It is solidly built and will withstand all the hard play my grandbabies give it. I also want to give a shout out to directions that were easy to follow. My husband and I worked together to assemble it, and I (a former teacher who regularly criticizes written guides) was very impressed with the clarity of the directions. Thank you, Tiny Land.

I reached out to them for assembly instructions for an older tent and didn’t have much hope. They were not readily available on the website but they said they would get back to me. Within a day they emailed the instructions to me! Ritz was the representative that helped me. Ritz then followed up with me to see if I needed anything else. It’s shocking to get that kind of service these days. A++

Customer service was extremely disappointing. A mistake was made with my shipping address, and instead of taking ownership of the issue, I was given inaccurate information and very little help resolving it.

I was initially told that my order had already shipped, when the tracking information clearly showed that only a shipping label had been created. I was then asked whether someone could sign for the package at the incorrect address, even after I explained that I no longer have any ties to that address. I later discovered that a signature wasn’t even required for the delivery.

I also provided proof that my purchase showed my billing address as the shipping address, which is where the package should have been sent. However, their system apparently changed the shipping address to an old default address on my account, despite the fact that I completed the purchase through Shop.

Mistakes happen, but what was most frustrating was the refusal to acknowledge or take responsibility for what was clearly a system/order-processing issue. The entire experience was handled poorly, and unfortunately, I will not purchase from this company again.

What a beautiful kitchen, the detail with the lights, noise and design is absolutely perfect. I can’t wait for my granddaughter to see it soon on her next visit and play with it.

My daughter broke the shelf in her play kitchen, so I ordered a replacement from the Tiny Land website. The wrong part got shipped, but the customer care team followed up immediately to figure out why this happened and quickly sent the correct part. Very prompt and detailed updates/responses from the rep that was helping me (Ivonne). I wish all customer service was this good!
