While I love the product, could use better build
While I love the product I do think there could’ve been an improvement in the construction of the building of the pieces.
If it was maybe 2 or 3 inches taller and the wood pieces holding the water dispenser was difficult to tighten. Other than the concept is amazing and my kid started playing with it with no hesitation.

Super cute design but few flaws
Super cute design, but a few flaws. One of the windows was chipped—possibly right out of the box, since I couldn't find any broken pieces at home—and the paint wore off fast. The shape sorter opening is too open without a door or elastic band to hold the shapes inside, so they just fall out. Additionally, the xylophone stick isn't attached to the house and can get lost easily.
PS The support team reached out to me and shared the concerns I raised with the product team. They’ll review the issues I experienced and look into ways the product could be improved going forward.

Customer Support for "Iconic Kitchen" parts replacement.
I purchased the "Iconic Kitchen" and when I opened it there were several pieces that were damaged. I contacted customer service and they responded the same day, on Sunday, with support and instructions. They linked me the replacement parts, I placed my order, and they are on the way. I cannot say how much I appreciate this level of customer service. It is truly rare in these days. The support I received was prompt, clear and supportive. Thank you!

Okay quality but overpriced
I was super excited to receive my order. Understandably, it took quite a bit of assembly. Prior to putting it together, I noticed scrapes where the paint was missing/chipped on the colored bars. Also, when putting it together the pieces went together quite hard in some areas because it seemed to not line up quite right. Overall would recommend, but seems quite expensive for the difficult assembly and chipped paint.

Tiny Land: Great Products and Service
We have a lot of Tiny Land products and when we purchased the outdoor mud kitchen we confused the anti mold treatment they apply to the word for actual mold. I contacted Tiny Land and a very nice representative named Chris replied within 24 hrs and explained that the coloring was normal and will fade after sun exposure. Chris was super nice, the mud kitchen is a hit with our kid. We recommend Tiny Land.

When the mud kitchen is first received, some areas of the wood may appear slightly different in color due to the ACQ anti-corrosion treatment we use to help protect the wood. This is a normal part of the treatment process, and the color will gradually fade with sun exposure over time.

Delivery box arrived, wet, and damaged
We just received our first order from Tiny Land of the Tiny Land® Sweetwood Unicorn Dollhouse & Wooden Dollhouse Dolls. FedEx delivered it so my complaint may be misdirected but I will hope it will be resolved adequately. The box arrived wet and torn, and it was not in a secondary shipping box so the contents were also wet. I have pictures to support this claim. We have removed all the contents of the box, but have not yet determined whether there has been damage. I would like to see how their customer service responds, and I will add or change my review subsequently if they handle this appropriately.

Making memories
Let me just start off with “I love all things Tiny Land!” I have purchased the organic foods which are so realistic, The Farmers Market stand and the Sweetwood Dollhouse with the dolls for our granddaughter. She loves all of it. We spend hours with her just playing with her dollhouse. She loves her farmers market and putting different foods in the different slots. She has already her own little kitchen alongside her farmers market and she also has a mud kitchen outside, but she just loves all her tiny land sets. These products are so well-made and perfect for little hands and imaginations. They are relatively easy to assemble and for the cost of these items the making of memories are priceless.

I purchased the Blossom Kitchen from Amazon and it arrived with a cracked oven window. I contacted Tiny Land directly, Elaine was so caring and helpful. The customer service was top notch. She checked to see if there was a replacement in stock and sent it out immediately. To be honest, customer service like that is so rare these days. Mud kitchen replacement
We ordered a mud kitchen from Tiny Land which came with everything labeled wonderfully and clear instructions. Everything was great until I got to the first assembly step, and realized the guide holes on one of the parts was in the wrong spot (assembly mishap) and I couldn’t move forward with putting it together. I was too afraid to drill my own holes in case I did it wrong or split the wood etc. and then had a non-returnable item that I couldn’t assemble on my hands. I reached out to customer service and Elaine was wonderful. She asked me how I would like to resolve the issue, and I asked if they could just replace the one faulty piece for me. She put it in order for the part, but as it was out of stock in the warehouse she was able to ship me an entire new kitchen instead. I also don’t have to ship back the faulty one, which is always a pain with something this large. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely repurchase from the brand!
