I have never received such extraordinary customer service. That only was the response quick it was so beyond efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a description and detailed email. To top it off the products are even better than what our pictured and the quality is outstanding. They are also easy to build, which I actually appreciate as a single mom.

The bench is damaged very dissatisfied. And also i received 2 collinders and missing the large pot! Purchased for my granddaughter who will be here a a few days.

The customer service I received was exceptional. From start to finish, the representative was incredibly responsive, proactive, and professional. Every question was answered promptly, and I was consistently kept informed throughout the process. The turnaround times were outstanding, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about providing excellent service and making sure everything was handled efficiently.

I got it for my 3-year-old granddaughter and she loves playing with the toy foods in her little play kitchen. My daughter also loves the toy foods -- they are so adorable and of high quality.

I received the Tiny Land Versatile Natural Baby Walker second hand and it was missing a few parts. I didn't know where to begin to see if I could even get the replacement parts. I called their Customer Service and I am so thankful that Anne answered my call. Anne could not have been any more efficient and kind. She right away sent me an email explaining exactly how to start and the info that they needed. As soon as I sent that info she got with the warehouse, let me know that they have the parts I needed and was happy to help me get them. She was so quick to respond and help through the whole process. Her customer service really is exceptional and I appreciate her so much. It was all such a positive experience and she made it happen so quickly that I actually have the parts and the walker all put together already!! ...and it is adorable!

We own 2 train sets. Great quality. Our grandson loves them. Customer service is exceptional.

I got the Tinyland Activity House for my 6 month old grandson and he absolutely loves it. It is something he immediately enjoyed, especially the music scale on top and the 4 blocks that he plays with independently. He is playing with the other aspects of it as he grows and develops more finger dexterity and curiosity. Highly recommend.

We love our kitchen! My toddler has been playing with it nonstop! Amazing quality and so beautiful, but be prepared to spend a LONG time assembling. So worth it though.

The kitchen set is absolutely perfect !!! My granddaughter loves it !!! The set up was a challenge but it’s beautiful !!

The teepee I bought for my grandchildren is absolutely wonderful! Sturdy, cute and easy to put together! It’s also easy to fold up and put away when you need the extra space. It’s big enough for an adult to join their child. I can happily recommend this product.

My granddaughter loves her easel! There’s so many things she can do with it.

The Tiny Land doll house and garage were very well made and had good instructions for assembly. The quality of the wood structure and accessories is excellent. It was delivered on time and will provide hours of creative play for our grand daughter.

My coffee maker arrived with a broken dial... which i think was a shipping thing, not a Tiny Land manufacturer issue. Tried the chat (eeeww), followed up with a direct email. Love their customer service as they are sending out a replacement piece versus returning it as an exchange. In the new world of AI and automation, I am deeply appreciative of their personable response.Excited to see my incoming class play with it.
