I had an issue with a Tiny Land tent and they responded quickly with possible solutions. When it appeared the tent was defective, they immediately offered to either send a new tent (of a different model), refund it, or offer store credit. We decided to take a new tent and they overnighted us one. Our kids are thrilled and we greatly appreciate the quick and helpful service.

My granddaughter loves her lounger. She sits, plays, and naps on it. Very pleased! Great quality

Quick shipment. All the pieces were included, easy to assemble, clear instructions, and GREAT finished project.

Mud kitchen arrived in time for grandson’s 5th birthday. From what I hear, he and his younger brother love it!

My review is based on my experience dealing with Elaine in Customer Service to help resolve an issue with a recall notice. Elaine was not only initially pleasant and professional, she elevated my request for resolution and kept me updated and aware of next steps in the replacement process. Elaine is a great Customer Service Representative for Tiny Land. Based on her support and issue resolution, I'd recommend Tiny Land products to anyone who values great product and, most importantly, values issue resolution for the Customer! Thank you!

Everything as advertised - excellent gift

I’ve bought the mud kitchen and another kitchen for the grandkiddos. Grandson Nolan loves his green chair! We haven’t yet opened the net tunnel, but definitely the balls c and ocean shapes were opened up.
Quality products, well received.

I reached out to Tiny Land customer service after finding a few minor scratches on a number of pieces when I opened them up to prepare for assembly. They were quick to respond and had me use a magic eraser, which removed the scratches. I was thrilled to not have to do any returns.

Shipped fast for my granddaughter’s 3rd birthday. She loved it! She already has the kitchen and I knew her parents trust your company with your products.

Very happy with my item. My husband put it together with me using a drill. It would have taken me forever using the Allen wrench alone.

My daughter loved her new mud kitchen for her birthday! Everyone had a blast playing with it. Such great quality also super sweet that it comes with tools for playing. There was one piece while building that was cracked and customer service is already sending us a replacement piece, which should arrive in a day or two. Great customer service great experience would buy from these guys again.

It was literally impossible to purchase without buying your insurance, which I didn’t need. Why should I pay to have my order delivered correctly? Isn’t that your responsibility? Very disappointing.

Horrible customer service. I purchased stacking cups 5/14, followed up multiple times over the course of the last month since they were supposed to ship after 2-3 business days and I have yet to get any response. They are a scam.

Excellent customer service. I wanted the climbing blocks and ball pit set but it was backordered due to the ball pit being out of stock. I emailed over the weekend to ask if I purchased it, could they send what was available now. They responded same day and said they’d make it happen. To my surprise they ended up shipping everything immediately and nothing was back ordered. The set is beautiful and fits my aesthetic. Baby is 9 months and not interested yet though haha

Shipping was fast, building the kitchen was easy, and our son LOVES it. Plays with the kitchen every day.
