I had a great experience with tiny land customer service they were extremely helpful when I needed a part replaced for a play kitchen I bought. Quick response and friendly service plus fast shipping now I’m finally able to put together my daughter’s play kitchen and she is beyond excited to play with it thank you to play land customer service for helping to make it happen.

Tiny Land makes excellent products, but their customer service is where they really shine! I was made aware of a recall, had several questions, and was kindly and patiently walked through every single one of them. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with customer service ever, incredibly polite and prompt with responses and so very helpful! I’ll be a repeat customer for sure :)

I contacted tiny land by email because my sister saw an article about a recall. Even though it is Sunday, I heard back very quickly from Jasmin who assured me my product was not included, but also indicated if I had any future concerns to contact her immediately and it would be taken care of. The quick and professional response is much appreciated. In addition I love my play tent !

My grandchildren were delighted with their birthday gifts. They are excellent quality and I highly recommend these toys.

I recently misplaced the set up booklet for the Tinyland wooden train set. I contact customer service and received a reply right away. Elaine was professional and kind, great communication. By the next morning I had the PDF of exactly what I needed! BTW my grandkids LOVE this train set. Perfect for their little hands. So great to find a company whose product is exactly as stated, good quality, and great customer service!

I ordered a Tiny Land kitchen and set of play food for my toddler a few months ago. I was so excited -- this was a moment I had dreamed about for years, and the Tiny Land kitchens and food are SO cute. After a lot of research, I went for it.

Shortly after ordering, my shipping notification came and it looked as if both items had shipped, but only the kitchen arrived. When I reached out to see what happened, Anne from customer service responded to let me know she was on it and we would figure this out. After a little detective work she relayed that the play food set was a preorder item, and would be shipping in a couple of weeks. The initial response came so fast, I just looked back at the timestamps -- 22 minutes after my first email. In the following days, Anne reached out periodically to update me on the status of the play food order. It did arrive as expected, and it is heart-meltingly adorable, just like the kitchen.

I was enamored with the sweetness and quality of the products before, but I can guarantee we will be repeat customers because of the truly excellent level of service and kindness. Not only was Anne helpful and efficient, but she was friendly and warm, always making sure I was being taken care of while I waited for the rest of our order. I wasn't pestering her; she really did just want to make sure we knew we were still on her radar. It was very refreshing to have customer service that felt like the person on the other end cared.

Thank you, Anne. You are a lovely human and so good at your job. And thanks to both you and Tiny Land for my son's wonderful play kitchen. It is something I believe we will both love for years to come!

Easy to put together though it took a little time. Fun toy!

My kids have enjoyed their play kitchen for a few years, and I was so happy to see I could buy a replacement part when I needed. Not only was that remarkably easy, but the customer service was amazing. I emailed on a sunday morning and heard back within a few hours. Great experience, totally unexpected but greatly appreciated!

Our children absolutely love the toy kitchen and fridge! Both pieces are incredibly well-made, sturdy, and look beautiful in our playroom. The fridge is not only a massive hit for imaginative play, but it also doubles as the perfect storage solution to keep all of their toy food items organized and off the floor.We did have a small issue with a few parts, but the company's customer service was outstanding. They were extremely kind, helpful, and shipped out replacements immediately. It is rare to find such great support these days. Highly recommend this set to anyone looking for a quality play kitchen!

I bought the Popjoy Play Kitchen. The assembly instructions are very good, and the packaging of the pieces (especially the screws) is very organized. The quality of the product is very good. However, the set I bought had one missing piece that I found it wasn’t there when 80% of the toy was already assembled. I contacted customer service vía email on a holiday (thinking they might answer me on the next business day) and I got a response in less than 30 minutes. They were extremely helpful and ordered the missing piece to be shipped to me. Everything in less than 1 hour. In a holiday. That is OUTSTANDING customer service, a very rare occurrence in our troubled times. And for that they deserve 5 stars, period.

The bottom of the walker is too far under the handle, so when the baby tries to walk he trips over it. Not as well made as I had hoped. Things don’t fit together really well. I bought 2 and we had to get rid of both.

I bought the whole set of kitchenette : fridge plus full kitchen. Everything worked great at the beginning. After a few days the fridge’s doors were not closing anymore after. So disappointed and frustrated. My husband tried to fix the issue and nothing works. So the doors stay open. Don’t buy the fridge not worth it.

I love these toys! They are so well made. I am very happy with all I have purchased! I scan new things every time I get an email.

The products are very ascetically made but not great quality given the fact that these toys are played with by children. Way too expensive to have cheap labels and packaging. Things need to be laminated or have sturdier packaging. For example, the beef and bacon come in packaging that will not last or be sustained after play. The paper labels don’t even stay stuck together.

Bought the adorable tent with sheer curtains and star lights for my granddaughter and her cousins to play in and the kids spent the whole weekend in the tent! Delivered swiftly, very quick set up and also small enough to easily store. The kids, ages 3 and 6, all loved it!

I ordered the tiny land mud kitchen for my granddaughter. It is perfect and she loves it. We did have an issue with the sink having a defect cut in it, so it leaked . I emailed with Ivonne in customer service and she was absolutely wonderful and so helpful . With providing her with the information and pictures , she ordered a replacement sink to be shipped out immediately. This was all done less than 8 hours after my original email . Tiny land not only has wonderful products , it has excellent top notch customer service - especially Ivonne !! Thank you - customer for life !!
