The package arrived on time and was set up easily. The structure has nice colors and a smooth surface fo climb on. My one year old grandson enjoys the challenge of climbing!

The box arrived from the carrier open (the carrier's fault since they first delivered it to someone else), and when I messaged Tiny Land about this, they were extremely and immediately helpful.

The playhouse I purchased was so difficult to put together! Holes did not line up. Screws did not fit in tight. My grandaughter lifted a piece and it came right off screws and all . I have a joypop kitchen and fridge for Christmas . Considering returning them .

High quality and perfectly modeled for pretend play
Instant hit with our 2 year old. Has so many little details like the fridge door shelves for condiments, clicking stove knobs, hooks for cooking utensils, glass cupboard doors, and bins for food and dishes. Very high quality and will serve our growing family for many years!

Cute & Functional, but be careful when building
This is such a cute and functional kitchen! I am very excited to see my daughter see it for her 2nd birthday. Only thing of note is that the kitchen faucet is VERY FRAGILE. The plastic cracked on the faucet part when I was just assembling it so I will need to find a replacement. But otherwise, great!

Chris with customer service is phenomenal and I feel as though he really went above and beyond for me. And he didn’t stop until I got all of the replacement parts I needed and my daughter’s play kitchen was once again perfect. We love Tiny Land products, but the customer service blew me away! Great customer service
I ordered the Tiny land Bistro kitchen and it arrived quickly, however the box was beat up and I was worried about its contents. I emailed customer service and the rep (Anne) assured me that the item was new but sometimes during transit, packages can undergo heavy handling by delivery carriers which can cause outer box wear. She assured me that if any parts needed replacement, she would be able to have it replaced or she could ship out a new one. I decided to keep the item and set it up. There was a scratch on the kitchen door, 1 screw was missing and the apron strap was twisted. I emailed Anne again at customer service. She responded quickly and followed up with the Tiny land Team for replacement parts. She reached out to me several times with updates. All three items will be shipped and I should be receiving them next week. Thank you Anne for your excellent customer service.
This is my second purchase from Tiny land. I also have the Tiny land wooden Retro kitchen. I have had it for 2 years and it's still in excellent condition. It is a perfect fit for toddlers and small spaces.
The Tiny land Bistro is an excellent upgrade. It is a good quality kitchen. I needed a sturdy stand alone kitchen that multiple kids (15 months, 20 months, 2 ½ years old) could play with and not tip over because I can’t anchor it to the wall. This is an excellent product and looks beautiful in any room. If you are looking for a kitchen for multiple kids this is the one to get!
