I purchased tires from 5136 Fowler Ave…
I purchased tires from 5136 Fowler Ave Tampa Fl 33617 in 2024 the cost for the 4 tires, labor, and taxes was $1593.93. I purchased the extended warranty so that I could be protected if I should ever need them replaced within the warranty guidelines. Today I had to purchase 4 tires all over again $951.34. Help me make sense of this. I just purchased 4 brand new tires in 2024, and here we are little over 2 years, and I'm replacing those tires already. Bridgestone tires are what I purchased, I don't recommend those tires if you need them replaced within 2 years. Stay away from those tires. I would love for someone from Cooperate office to email me so that I can show you both invoices, and you tell me if Tires Plus isn't conning people. My next email will be to the BBB, because I'm considering doing a small claims so that I can get ALL my money back and take my business somewhere else. I should not be buying 4 tires, stained and dirty looking tires at that, after little over 2 years of just getting the original ones. This is absolutely and unequivocally a rip off. I don't recommend Tires Plus to anyone, this is the last time you all get any money from me again. Don't worry, I will be emailing Corporate next. I have receipts.

Location is Jacksonville FL 5880…
Location is Jacksonville FL 5880 University Blvd W. Monday Aug 31, drove by and sign reads Align $70, I stopped and spoke with Victor (from Ponte Vedra store), he confirmed the price. I asked for a 1 year package he said $119 plus taxes and fees. He took my info and scheduled the following Saturday at 0900 for 9/5/2026. Victor was helpful and friendly. Arrived on 9/5 at 0850. Victor was not there. The person working the desk was rude and seemed pissed off. I stated I had a 0900 appointment for an alignment. He stated I was second in line and it would be a couple of hours. The conversation was abrupt and curt. I left and went to discount tire and asked how long does an alignment take. Was told 20-30 minutes once the car gets on the machine. That tells me I was just lied to it saying a couple of hours being second in line. I called the Ponte vedra store. I explained what happened and was told if I drive out there (17 miles), I would be taken care of. I drove and was taken care of in less than an hour. Friendly and professional service, Victor remembered me and the alignment technician explained what he did and what to expect from steering as the tires wear in and he was right after driving for a week. I don't understand how you can have such a vast difference in customer service 1 location and another. I'll drive the extra miles for professional customer service. I called customer service twice and was told I'd hear from management within 48 hours starting Tuesday after labr day. I did not receive a call back.
My experience with Thai Plus was…
My experience with Thai Plus was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment with a scheduled appointment. First, I was forced to wait more than four hours before my car was even taken in. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the actual alignment took only about 20 minutes, making the excessive wait completely unjustifiable. To make matters worse, when I left the shop, my vehicle still had the exact same problem I brought it in for. I wasted over four hours of my day, and the issue wasn’t fixed at all. I called the following day to report the problem, and they scheduled me to return today. When I arrived, the shop was crowded, and the employee who assisted me was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, he told me he had no idea how long I would have to wait, and that if I didn’t want to wait, I could come back another day. My time is just as valuable as anyone else’s. If a business schedules appointments, they should respect them and treat their customers with courtesy. It is unacceptable to make a customer wait for hours for a job that takes 20 minutes, fail to fix the original problem, and then respond with disrespect when the customer returns to have the work corrected. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business until they improve both the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers.
Beyond The Best. ******
I can't praise Michael and the staff at Tires Plus on Jonestown Rd, Harrisburg PA enough. I was in a car accident recently and drove my car to this service center. When I got there I was shaky and couldn't quite remember much or even how I drove my car there. I was on antibiotics at the time and taking my normal daily meds which caused a reaction. I do realize now I should not have been driving. Michael and his staff were so calm, accommodating, concerned and helpful to me beyond their normal work day. I do realize now I should not have driven any vehicle. I am so thankful I did not cause any fatalities. I am so appreciative of everyone for their help and kindness in making sure I had a ride home. Thankful for the ongoing follow-up to get my car back on the road. Always pleased with their workmanship and friendly customer service. I have been a customer at this Tires Plus for many years. I truly recommend them to my friends and family. I WILL DEFINITELY GO NO WHERE ELSE FOR MY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS. Linda I.

What’s the purpose of making an appointment and asking if you’re going to wait, then you sit for 2 hours! Never ever come here again, this is why people use the drive thru oil change places. This is unacceptable. I would not have given them any stars but you have to put down something .
Tires Plus fried a computer part and refuses to own up to it!
Another update:
NOTHING is being done by these corporate wienies, tossing me from department to department. This shop caused this damage and keeps refusing to take ownership. It is only $900 but it is the principle of things. In my frustration keep hearing from people how BAD this company is despite the fake 5 star ratings that everything is fine. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
Update: Gave them a statement from Certified ASE mechanic that in all probability this shop caused the damage. Corporate "independent adjuster" IN WRITING states that their equipment CAN cause this type of damage....result: denied because I cannot prove the Suburban was fine before. How in earth can you prove that. All of this for $900 repair. They know they did it but give the good old corporate spin around to different departments.
Brought my truck in for new tires, all systems ok. Got it back with tire problem indicators and remote control not working. Shop denies wrong doing but corporate "independent" claims adjuster blew off complaint. They actually admitted their equipment could cause this problem but refused to own up to it. I am out a 900 dollars. Corporate is refusing to investigate and blow me off. Please never ever use this shop again.
I would recommend exercising caution…
I would recommend exercising caution when considering this Davenport TirePlus location, especially if you own a new or luxury vehicle. While TirePlus as a company has a good reputation, my experience at this specific location was very disappointing.
I initially visited for a wheel alignment, but it took six separate visits before the issue was finally resolved. Afterward, I discovered damage to the hood (bonnet) of my vehicle that was not present before my service appointment.
When I brought my concerns to the attention of the service manager, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled. Instead of listening to my concerns and discussing a possible resolution, the conversation became confrontational in front of other customers, which I found unprofessional.
I also contacted the Quad Cities area manager to report my experience, but I have not received a response.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this location. If you decide to have your vehicle serviced here, I suggest thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before and after the appointment and documenting its condition with photos.
Background info-Bloomington Firestone (9300…
Background info- Bloomington Firestone (9300 Lyndale Ave S, Bloomington, MN, 55420) owns Minnetonka Tires Plus (12700 Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka, MN, 55305). Sept 4 I bought 4 tires from Tires plus. The following week I called to inquire if an alignment was done at the time I purchased the tires. The guy said no and referred me to their sister company Firestone. Sept 25, 2025 Alignment was performed. I upgraded to a lifetime alignments. When I made the appointment he said it would take about 2 hours. Done in 40 minutes. I was grateful and drove away. No alignment paperwork was given to be. April 2026 I brought my car into the dealership for service and was told I needed 2 new front tires. I called Tires plus to verify I purchased the tires a few months earlier with 6-8K miles since my alignment? Tires plus agreed it doesn't sound right. I brought my car in to Tires Plus and spoke to Alan. He berated me and said I needed new tires. He said he doesn't know how bad I drive and referred me to the alignment people and said it wasn't aligned right. He gave me a copy of my alignment (pre and post). I called Firestone and he told me they got new computers so all data is in a box but come in and they will look at my tires. The guy said they put the wrong tires on my car and that is the reason. He showed me the warning that you would have to bypass in order to order these tires for my car. Firestone still no paperwork on original alignment- said he has 2 more boxes to go through. I called and filed an original complaint with their company. I called again 3 days later and the complaint was closed by Alan from tires plus. He said he took care of it. I said no he didn't, I want to talk to someone about how he treated me AND about my alignment. I don't think they ever did one at Firestone. I called the complaint line again- they escalated it to the area, then division, then corporate ladder several times-not one person has called me back.
Firestone said they finally found my alignment paperwork but wouldn't send it to me. Said I needed to go in and get it stating he didn't want me to have an employee's phone number. Scanning, emailing, fax? said no. Tires plus originally said they would buy 2 new tires and I would buy 2. I said I wanted to talk to their manager because of how rude Alan was, the wrong tires were placed on my car, the alignment was questionable and not one person has called me back. I don't trust this company. I want my money back and I will even give the tires back.

Went to tires plus for simple oil change, 2 tires and brakes 900 dollars 3 hours of my time , they tried to get me to buy a battery saying mine was low I said no not ar this time it was working fine .when theu went to test drive they said it wouldn't start because battery was dead I knew what they were trying to do . Now my ac was working great in the car after leaving there it started blowing hot I asked them what happend he said bring it back it will ne 250 dollars for them to check it I said no found out from another service shop they ran the battery down and when it died it messed up the ac computer . When I called and told them they denied it so I would never ever bring a car there ever they car more for the almighty dollar than the rights of the customer
Costly Service Errors and Loss of Confidence
I am writing this review regarding serious concerns about both the pricing and quality of service I’ve recently received.
During my latest visit, I was quoted $240 to replace a tire pressure sensor while my tires were being rotated. This was unexpected, as I have had two sensors replaced within the past nine months under similar circumstances, each costing $114. Employees were unable to give an explanation for the significant pricing discrepancy between different locations.
More concerning, however, is that the caster setting appears to have been adjusted incorrectly during service. As a result, I am now experiencing uneven tire wear that requires the replacement of at least two tires. These tires were installed only 18 months ago, making this premature wear both unexpected and costly.
Additionally, I had previously purchased a lifetime balancing package for approximately $190, with the expectation of maintaining proper tire performance and longevity. Instead, I am now facing an estimated $700 expense due to issues that appear to stem from improper service.
Based on this experience, I have significant concerns about the accuracy of the equipment and the level of expertise applied during service. The resulting costs were both substantial and preventable.
Based on these experiences, I will no longer be returning to any Tires Plus location or recommending your business to others.
To Whom It May Concern,
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and serious concern regarding a recent service experience at your facility and the subsequent hazardous consequences that have arisen due to what I perceive as a critical oversight.
On a recent date, I brought my vehicle in for a flat tire repair. During this visit, the attending technician informed me that the nail was unfortunately too close to the sidewall for a viable repair. I also received a photograph of my brake rotor, along with advice that my vehicle would require new brakes in the near future. While I appreciate these findings, I was dismayed that absolutely no mention was made of the severely worn lower ball joint or a significantly compromised control arm on the front suspension of my vehicle.
This critical omission led directly to a dangerous and highly inconvenient situation. This past Sunday, while I was traveling approximately 205 miles away from home, the aforementioned control arm catastrophically failed. This left me completely stranded and incurred substantial, unexpected costs for towing and emergency repairs, not to mention the significant disruption to my travel plans and personal safety.
Upon discussing this alarming incident with Cole, your store manager, I was informed that your facility "does not perform inspections." This statement, however, stands in direct contradiction to the clear and prominent advertising on your company's official webpage, which explicitly promotes and offers "free inspections" to customers.
The discrepancy in information provided by your management and your public-facing advertisements, coupled with the failure to identify such a critical safety component during a service visit – especially when it led to an imminent and dangerous breakdown – is unacceptable. I urge you to thoroughly investigate the procedures followed during my service appointment, the training provided to your technicians, and the accuracy of the information presented on your website. I look forward to a prompt response and a comprehensive explanation regarding these serious issues.
Sincerely,
Never bring my vehicles to Tires Plus…
Never bring my vehicles to Tires Plus again!
Don't go here!
I had a lift done on my vehicle so brought it in for an alignment. I also gave them the camber bolts that were FOR the alignment. They then called to say they were having trouble with it and the steering wheel was crooked and it would be a total of $500 to fix that as well. I asked if the alignment was right other than the steering wheel and he couldn't say it was 100%. So I declined furthur work on it. When I went in I told them how unhappy I was and they tried to tell me they told us the camber bolts would cost extra that were FOR the alignment which was untrue. The steering wheel is crooked but not enough they should have to lift up my steering column. They charged an additional $87 to put in a few bolts that were FOR the alignment and tried to treat me like I was stupid. It cost double what an alignment should cost and it's still not aligned properly and my steering wheel is crooked.
Horrible Customer Service
I called Tires Plus because my car has been shaking at high speeds after having tires replaced, and I wanted to bring it in to have someone look at it.
Before my car was even there, the technician immediately started telling me that it would not be the tires and that it was probably something expensive to fix. The problem is I never said it was the tires. I simply wanted to schedule a time to have the car looked at.
It was frustrating to be talked over and have someone start diagnosing the vehicle without even seeing it or listening to the actual concern.
All I was asking for was a basic inspection appointment. Instead, I got attitude and assumptions over the phone.
Customer service matters. Taking a moment to listen before jumping to conclusions would go a long way.
Total Engine Destruction, Evidence Disposal, and Fraud at Tires Plus Loganville
This complaint is regarding Tires Plus Store #236946 in Loganville, GA.
THE DISASTER TIMELINE:
Day 1: I drove my 2018 Jeep Wrangler into this facility under its own power. It was my primary transportation and in functional condition.
13 Days of Negligence: The shop held the vehicle for 13 days, performing multiple failed repair attempts and racking up thousands in charges.
Technical Malpractice: Technicians used chemical coolant sealers and additives explicitly prohibited by the manufacturer. This unauthorized "fix" resulted in total, catastrophic engine failure.
Day 13: My vehicle was removed from the premises on a flatbed tow truck with a seized engine.
DECEPTION & EVIDENCE DESTRUCTION:
Billing Fraud: I was billed $92.99 for a "Block Test." Shop management later admitted to me this test was never performed, yet they refuse to refund the fraudulent charge.
Evidence Spoliation: Immediately after the engine failure, I served the shop with a formal, written legal notice to preserve the radiator and intercooler for forensic analysis. The shop ignored this notice and intentionally scrapped the parts to prevent independent inspection.
CORPORATE BAD FAITH:
Bridgestone Corporate reviewed these documented facts—including technical negligence and the intentional destruction of evidence—and issued a summary denial. They have sanctioned the destruction of my property and refuse all accountability.

Why is it so hard to make a payment online and then when you call too you can’t get any room and then when you bring cash to the store, they get an attitude with you
I recently bought new tires with…
I recently bought new tires with warranty from Hibdon near Admiral in Tulsa, OK. I thought everything was fine until after the snow storm. I noticed that at least one of my tires was real low so I went in to have them check the pressure on all of them and the guy said he did so I believed him. The next day a woman pointed out that my tires was low. It was the same tire I thought was low and it looked just as low as it did the day I took it in. I'm so tired of being lied to. To top that off, after I called and complained to corporate the manager called me back and made me fee l heard and made me a deal that sounded great, I guess to get me back in the store. So I went in to have them look at my tires again. Turns out, there was a slow puncture leak. To top that off the deal he made was a complete lie and to make thing even worse, he treated me like I was an idiot and all this was my fault because I didn't ask for the right service the first time. I will NEVER go back to that store again. The only reason I'd even go back to Hibdon is because I have warranties on my tires but I will NEVER purchase new tires from them as long as I live.
Questionable Business Practices BEWARE!!!!!
BEWARE!!!!!
This is not my first time dealing with this Tires Plus location. (3910 SW College Road Ocala, FL 34474)
First time for an oil change with them.
Took my car for an oil change this morning.
My car has a lot of miles on it and when take it to other places always they do a synthetic high milage oil change as should.
They did a standard oil change. On top of that, they said I need a new battery, spark plugs, 2 tires, belts, engine air filter, and wiper blades.
A few serious problems with this:
- In person I was only informed of the battery, belt, and the 2 tires.
- The other things I mentioned I only found out when they emailed me afterwards the invoice, and inspection report which the way it reads is very questionable.
It reads on it:
- RIGHT FRONT TIRE REQUIRED: Nails; Non-Repairable; Worn (REMOVED -
[TECHNICIAN DETERMINED SERVICE IS NOT NEEDED])
Do I need a new tire or not? What about the nails on it?
Hmmmm.....
- LEFT REAR TIRE REQUIRED: Worn
RIGHT REAR TIRE SUGGESTED
LEFT FRONT TIRE SUGGESTED
- WIPER BLADES - FRONT SUGGESTED: Worn (REMOVED - [TECHNICIAN
DETERMINED SERVICE IS NOT NEEDED])
Do I need new wipers or not?
Hmmmm.....
- SPARK PLUGS SUGGESTED
I just had them done at the dealer.
Big problem with this them telling me this.
On their Courtesy Check Summary it says:
- Air Filter
Close To End Of Useful Life
Only found about this when reading this report. Was NOT told about this in person.
- Washer Fluid
Close To End Of Useful Life
Details:
Empty / Low
Is it empty/low why they did not fill it? Was NOT told about this in person.
- Battery Test
Does Not Meet Design Specifications
Very dissatisfied and not happy with their service.
From my experience and their paperwork shows that they are not to be trusted.
BEWARE!
It seems like each time I go there I am…overcharged
It seems like each time I go there I am charged a ridiculous amount of money. They can be rude at times and the wait is almost always longer than they tell you, even when it is for a simple oil change.
