My sister called and made an appointment to take her truck in for her AC she sat there for 4 hours for them to take a look at the truck and then they advised her that the mechanic does not want to do the work because it takes 10 hours! Why are you even in business if you don't want to do the work? We have given tires Plus a lot of money since we moved up here in 1988 but I can guarantee you one thing this is the last day we will contact them we will go to the Firestone in Wesley Chapel for all of our future work on our vehicles

If you have any kind of handicap (I have Pulmonary Hypertension--high blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs) DON'T GO TO TIRES PLUS IN NORTH AUGUSTA!! I drove there and stopped my car by one of the open bays. There were workers inside the garage. NOT ONE of them came to my car to ask if they could help me. I finally had to WALK TO THE DOOR OF THE "SHOWROOM" for someone to respond. All I needed was one tire fixed as it had a nail in it. i was wearing my oxygen. One employee came to the car and looked at me like I just magically showed up. They offered NO HELP AT ALL to me! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TIRES PLUS FOR ANY SERVICE. FIND SOME OTHER PLACE TO GIVE YOUR BUSINESS.

Recently I purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass from Enterprise Car Sales in Orlando. With in the 7 days of purchase I need the vehicle looked at due to a shaking/shuddering in the front end. I was instructed to try and line up an appointment with Firestone, but they could not look at it in a timely manner, so the alternative was to go to Tires Plus on Merrit Island.
The manager on duty this day was a man named Sean. I spent hours at this location while my vehicle was being looked at and I got to observe how Sean (the manager) conducts his daily duties. To say the least I was not impressed. Sean has a habit of talking over customers and talking down to them. I also noticed this behavior of Sean doing this to his own employees.
When it came time to deal with Enterprise management, he did not take the lead and made me do everything all the way down to putting in the credit card number into the machine to finish the transaction. He charged Enterprise more than $500.00 and the issue was never resolved. Maybe if he would have made his Tech take it for a test drive like most places do, they would have known that the problem was not fixed. It took me a week because of my schedule to come back to Tires Plus to let them know that it was not fixed. Again, I had to deal with Sean. I asked if I could set up an appointment so that I did not have to wait hours again and he refused to do so he keep saying (bring it in on Saturday and we can get Enterprise to get you a car), so I was not stuck there all day. Saturday morning, I get to Tire Plus and again I had to deal with Sean and his attitude. It starts by me asking him if he could call Enterprise car rentals down the road to get me a car if he had to have mine all day and he said that was up to me to handle. Then he goes on to tell me that the Tech cannot drive the vehicle over 70mph. Sean only talks about what he can’t do, not what he can do and after a little back and forth between Sean and I, I told him that I thought he was rude and that he was an (ass hole) and that was when he slid the keys back over the counter and told me to take it somewhere else.

My observations of Sean and his management skills are this. Sean is a narcissistic person that looks out for him self and his own interests. I saw and heard him talking over customers and employees with no kindness whatsoever. I also witnessed him take a sale from one of his employees. I am speaking up not only because of how I have been treated but for the people under his management that seem to fear repercussions of speaking out. My evaluation of this person (Sean) comes from my self-having a very thorough background in management over the past 25 year which includes managing up to 250 people on million-dollar projects in construction and leading men in the Army in Iraq in 2003 during War.
I hope that upper management investigates this matter further and there is retaining or termination of Sean because he does not know how to be a leader nor have management skills.

My 17 year old son’s tire picked up some steel. We took the tire to the Onalaska store. The manager, Mr Flores snuck us in, fixed the tire and mounted it within 30 minutes. My son tells me that’s where he is going for service

Great service guys but there seems to be a disconnect on why anyone would ever book an appointment. You will wait the same amount of time but I guess you'll at least get in that day?

HAVE BEEN LONG TIME CLIENT. UNFORTUNATELY I DICOVERED MY AIR FILTER AND CABIN FLITERS WERE NEVER CHANGED AS I WAS CHARGED.
I ALSO FOUND THE WARRANTY ON TIRES THAT HAVE A DEFECT AND TIRES PLUS CONTINUES TO SELL THESE , THE EXCUSE IS LOW TIRE PRESSURE CAUSES THE TIRE BRAND TO COME APRT INSIDE , WEEL IF I KEEP 35LB ON MY KIA WHAT IS LOW?

IS THRIR CREDIT HOST NOW AND THEY HAVE A NONE RATING WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! AND 1 STAR RATING WITH OVER 200 COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST YEAR MOSTLY UNANSWERED.I CANCELLED THEM BOTH OUT.

I was in Rapid City, SD. I really needed my tire looked at. I went online late in the evening, and secured an appointment for the next day, a Sunday. I was greeted promptly in a friendly and courteous manner. They only charged me a minimal service fee, as the problem was just a rock in my wheel well.
They were kind, honest, and professional. I will return to this quality business.

They are liars!! They advertise free brake inspection but in reality, they will try to make you have an inspection of your vehicle at a price. I came in for a free brake inspection and that is what I should be given, and to wait for two hours was unnecessary.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine desire to help. The associate who assisted me, Farinel Moni, provided an outstanding level of service that truly stood out.
First and foremost, Farinel Moni's knowledge and expertise in tires and automotive services were impressive. He took the time to understand my needs and vehicle specifications, ensuring that I would get the best tires for my Ford Explorer 2016. His professionalism and attention to detail instilled confidence in me right from the start.

Do not go to this Tiresplus -- for that matter, none of them. For starters, my first visit was for a battery and brake caliber. Returned the battery for another one a month later. Two weeks later it was dead - returned got another one - same thing! Brake caliber installment - burst a couple of months after it was installed - faulty work or faulty parts, I am beginning to think BOTH!!! Ok, maybe they are only good with tires - hence the name. I went to purchase a tire after getting a screw (Supposedly) was stuck in one of them. I was told with my car type, i will need to replace all 4 tires - so I did. 8 months later, a tire started losing air - returned to the store and was told a nail was in one of the tires. I had to buy another set of 4 (according to them the tread was too low on the others to just put on one new tire). Ok, so this lady bought another 4 tires. 7 months in on this 2nd set of new tires, I had a flat - this time it was glass. They tried to push 4 more new tires - again, because of the FORD ESCAPE that I drive. I said NO, put 2 new tires on the back and put the good tire in my trunk. That was Feb 2024. Today, March 20th, 2024, I am back at tiresplus because a tire was losing air, yet again! The attendant stated they will check it out for 9.99 - I said fine, just let me know what the problem is and show me the evidence. An hour and a half later, I get a telephone call (mind you, I am sitting in the freaking waiting room!) telling me my car is ready. What? What was wrong with the tire? Oh, it had a nail in it. Where is the nail? Threw it away...I told you to tell me what the problem was and show me the evidence. On top of that they patched the tire. I do not do patched tires - they are dangerous! I told him no, that is not acceptable. I asked that they pull the tire they put in my trunk a month ago and replace the tire with that one. He had the audacity to say they do not mount used tires! I bought the tires from you a month ago! I left and went and bought a new tire elsewhere. I only kept returning because I purchased the warranty - screw the warranty!! The next time I return to that store, it will be with a lawsuit!

Came to the store to get a tire patched. I told the person at the counter that I plugged it and he told me it couldn't be patched because the plug gunked up the area where the patch would go. I am sure that they were just being lazy because a patch job doesn't make them a good profit. I have had tires patched before that had been plugged. This location has lost my bussiness for good!

Beware of anyone that lifts your hood to do a tire change. This is not a safety concern or an insurance requirement. If you have mechanical issues within a week of your after a tire change, go to a different place!

I had service on my car totalling 1055.86 January 16, 2024. Later I noticed a scraping sound coming from under car and when I took car back to see what was going on, I was told that I have to get back in que with other customers. During this 2 hours wait, I decided to go and inquire what was taken so long to learn that I was forgotten about! I won't play the "taking advantage of a woman " card, but I find this lack of care totally unacceptable. I intend to never go back and discouraged anyone else with intentions of going. This tire plus is in Stockbridge, Mt Zion Rd.

I have had two bad experiences with them, first, I went to rotate the tires and they told me that the brakes were bad and that not to drive the car, an estimated of $700. I went to a mechanic and the brakes are good for at least a couple of years. Then I had a nail in the tire and they told me that it couldn't be fixed and that I had to change it, for $250, I went to a tire shop and they fixed it for $20.

I would give this no stars but it wont let me. Wife went in 2hrs before they closed to have a tire checked that has something in it and was told they had nobody to look at it. Everyone was on vacation. But they could put some air in it if she wanted them to. What kind of ridiculous poor service is this? If there was nobody there to look at it, the shop would be closed. I'd walk before ever spending a dime at this store. I've been in customer service in the automotive business for 29yrs and I would fire the employee. I can guarantee this isnt the first time this employee has cost the store money.

Since I have to give a star it gets 1, I would prefer 0. An appointment for tires and alignment was to be done in 4 hrs, took 8.5. The worst part of this was I had to initiate the communication after 5 hrs for an update. Then I was charged for lifetime rotation that I did not ask for. 2nd appointment was for a tire rotation and oil change. 45 min appointment took 4 hrs. Again no communication until after 2.5 hrs when I asked how much longer. They made me miss a doctor appointment that took me 5 weeks to get. No apologies on either appointment and was still charged full price. Do not take your car to any Tires Plus in Metro Minnesota they are all horrible. Have contacted corporate office was told they would call me they never did.

Mankato, MN location; the sales associate was helpful. Inappropriate language from within the shop. Was given an approximated 2hr wait time, ended up being 3 1/2 hours.

i got a flat tire this saturday morning near my city's tires plus store. i got fast and excellent service in a space tire installation. zach and the other manager were so kind to get my repairs done without a charge!! the car is under warranty and they recommended i seek recovery with my dealership of record. my invoice was 207334.

I presented to Tire's Plus on 10/30 for a courtesy battery check because my vehicle would stutter before starting. Stacy provided me with battery check and I was informed it was it at 97% and was not the reason for the stutter start on my vehicle. Due to my battery being good I was informed that I possibly needed a new starter or alternator but that this determination required a vehicle inspection. I returned my vehicle to this location on 11/1 and since it was late in the day told a vehicle inspection would be started on 11/02 to determine the cause of the stutter start. On 11/02 I received a call at 10:57 AM from Stacy informing me that the battery and starter were not the problem and that I needed a new alternator along with some other recommended maintenance. I agreed to having a new alternator and oil change completed. I was called at 4:02 PM and told by Stacy that my existing battery was dead and that I needed a new one and she needed me to authorize the maintenance. I questioned as to how a battery that was checked multiple times prior to was now dead within such a sort span of time. Stacy was unable to provide a clear answer. She eluded to my alternator killing my battery but the battery was at 97% per her check and deemed serviceable . I continued to question how my battery was now dead when this was never an issue prior to the new alternator. Stacy was not able to explain how my battery was now dead within a few hours. I was then forced to purchase a new battery in order for my car to be serviceable. Upon picking up my vehicle I asked for an itemized list of maintenance. I was charged $49.99 for a standard oil change and had to request a coupon be applied so that the oil change was reduced to $32.98. I do believe that my car battery was left not charging while maintenance was conducted and that this location is at fault for my battery going dead. In total I spent over $1100 for an oil change, new alternator, new battery, and vehicle inspection. After further review this location has a current F rating on the Better Business Bureau. Avoid at all cost.

TiresPlus Store on County Road 220 in Fleming Island Fl. Ryan and Robert took excellent care of my tire and brake issues. They were a major blessing to me with a cheerful attitude and very professional. They diagnosed my issue perfectly and my car is running better than ever. So happy!
