I went there as the AC was blowing hot. They said I needed a new compressor, $900 later I left with my AC blowing better but not as cold as expected. Less than 2 months the same issue, the AC is blowing hot. I spoke to the service manager Adrian, who was of little help. Please spare yourself the aggravation, and go someplace else for service or risk being lied to, boxed, and bumped for services you do not need.

For starters I hate to even have to put one star because it was way less than that my experience at Tires Plus was nothing less than a worst nightmare. I brought my truck there for an alignment which took more than two and a half hours even though they pulled it right in on the alignment rack as soon as I got there. The alignment that I received was the absolute worst alignment I have ever had in my life it pulled to the right so bad that if you took your hand off the steering wheel you would simply go in circles. I brought my truck to Midas to try to get an alignment they told me within 5 Seconds they could not do an alignment on my truck because there was other issues first that needed to be addressed. So after $533 with Midas my truck drives perfectly down the center of the street unlike the $140 that was stolen from me to destroy my front tires thank you Tires Plus

I was quoted about $1300 for radiator and thermostat repair to which I agreed
When finished they said the thermostat did not need to be repaired. Then a few weeks later the car overheated,and they said it was the thermostat. I want them to pay to repair my car and for rental car but they are stonewalling. I contacted PA attorney general, local TV, and numerous complaint websites. I believe my cause is righteous and will continue to pursue this until they make good on my complaint.

Lake Mary FL store. Dropped off car for $52.99 AC diagnostic ended up paying $235 for adding freon. 2 days later blowing warm. Took it back now needs a new compressor $1159 all in. We won't charge for the freon. Nice touch. 2 days after that blowing warm again. Now it's a new evaporator core $2000. I said no and am out $1400 w no AC. Their AC diagnostic didn't pick up these major issues up front? Hard to believe. Tires Plus stole my money don't let them steal yours.

Have a 2019 nissan maxima platinum with only 28,000 miles on it went to get the tire patched and they said the tire was already patched 2 times the tires was new on it never had and patch jobs they refused to patch it charged me 300 for 1 tire and busted my under lights called corporate and they did nothing

On 21 Aug 2023 at 9:30am I had a left rear tire that needed to Be replaced. Spoke to the Service Rep who stated he neeeded to get the Tire from another location and that it would be a few hours before they could replace my tired. Had to be picked up around 11:30 am because the tire hadn’t arrived yet .Service Rep never contacted to imfor me when my replacement would arrive.I contacted a them a 1:pm a which time the agent said it would be ready at 2:00pm. Arrived at Tires plus at 2:00pm my vehicle was still sitting in the same spot had to wait additional Hour and half before replacement was completed. Poor customer service and it shouldn’t take 6 hours to replace 1 tire will never recommend anyone to get tires or any service from the Tire plus 815 S one 3rd street .

I waited for hours to get an alignment I need very badly abd after waiting all this time they tell me they are unable to loosen a nut due to corporate policy on using torches. Or heat to remove bolts. So this place isn't run by people who turned wrenches it is ran by little pencil neck geeks who worry too much. They won't allow techs to use appropriate equipment so I have to give it a bad review for wasting much of my time.

After replacing a blown out tire, the mechanic forgot to return my spare tire into the trunk. I had to go back and request they return my spare tire. Just as well, the new tire kept losing air. Went back three more times, when on the second visit, when I returned to pick up my car, they tried to sell me another service and forgot to fill my tire with air. Since it was closing, I had to find the last guy ready to leave to fill my tire with air.
When I tried calling the manager to voice my concern for lack of attention to detail and professionalism, the person on the phone listened and replied. " OK. " like everything I said went out the door.

Absolutely horrible experience at Gulfbreeze FL store. Everything they said were liars they not only did nothing but they ripped my Bimini top. Will NEVER return.

Terrible customer service. Put on the wrong tire, had to return and two weeks later no receipt for exchanged tire. No one answers phone , on hold for 10 minutes, wasting my time

I wish I could leave a zero for tireplus off of 41 in land o lakes. I was driving to work and got a nail stuck in my tire. I stopped by tire plus and I asked if they could just patch the tire for me bc I know it usually only takes 15-20 min. He told me he was too busy today that he had a guy call out. I was like well I can’t leave here sir my tire is completely flat at this point now because it was leaking fast. He told me all I can do is put air in it. Another customer behind me asked me if I had a spare I said yes and the employee said again all I can do is put air in it. I said what if I have a blow out on the side of the road and get into an accident ? He didn’t say anything back. I felt so unsafe leaving here. I will never go back to this place again.

Tire Plus in Pewaukee Wisconsin is terrible! Very poor customer service. I recently moved to Pewaukee from Illinois and was in need of a front end alignment and wheel balancing. I made an online appointment on their website and received a reservation number. The reservation stated that if for some reason my appointment could not be honored, I would be contacted and advised. They had my email and telephone number. I took a 4 hours of vacation time to make my 1:00 appointment. When I arrived at Tire Plus, the manager said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed her my reservation with the reservation number in the confirmation I received on my cell phone. She saw that the reservation was for an alignment and balancing. She stated “Oh, I didn’t accept that appointment because wheel alignment’s take too much time”. I replied that “the appointment confirmation states you would contact me if you couldn’t honor my appointment”. The manager stated “I’m here by myself, I didn’t have time to contact you.
I don’t know how anyone could manage a business like that and still be in business. Very irresponsible manager. I would recommend you avoid this place.

Dropped tire for flat repair, took all day. Dropped in morning and went back around 4:30 pm. Tire wasn’t ready, manager said we don’t have the staff.
Finally 30 mins later they gave me back, took home installed on car. Next morning flat again

Needed a tire fixed or replaced on a jeep. They refused to replace a tire because of 4 wheel drive. The jeep is not all wheel drive. i called another place and they fixed it right away.

I came here for ac problem , was told it just needed Freon , got Freon and was told it’s the condenser , had 9 am appointment and came at 8:20 am. Was told it was going to be fixed once I got the new condenser , got done with car at 2:30 and when I drove it 10 minutes down the street the ac was still blowing hot. Came back at 2:44pm and was told it maybe the sensor. Sensor arrived at 5:17pm and was told at 5:40 that’s not the problem. I was told to come back at 8am to replace compressor cause that’s for sure the problem now (possible bs) it’s not 10:12am been waiting two hours and being told my part will be here at 1pm. I just told them I can’t stay all day !!! At this point I told them to put my old compressor back in and give me a refund. 700$ paid and time wasted for NOTHING ! Not I have to wait 2 more hours for that to be done !

So to start off with I brought my car in and dropped it off and walked to a nearby panera. After about three hours I finally decided to call and see if my rotation had been done or if I had more time to kill. Valerie Portalatin answered the phone and put me on hold. After about 5 minutes of classical music she picked up again and said that they just finished working on my vehicle and I could come to pick it up. When I got there an associate went to look for my paperwork. After a few minutes he came back to tell me that in fact my car was not ready, and that they haven’t even started working on it yet. Frustrated, but understanding, I sat down in their waiting room and waited another 40 minutes.
My car was finally done. And normally I would let this go, and continue about my day; however, just wait to hear what happens next.

I get in my car and start to drive off. I notice it feels a little strange. Like one of my wheels is bumpy, wobbly almost. But i thought maybe its just the road, and kept driving. I only live about 7 minutes away, and for that entire drive I tried to convince myself that my car was fine.

I get home and immediately start examining my wheels. Right away I see A WHOLE CHUNK OF RUBBER sticking up. 1. Ive never seen this before. 2. All I was thinking about was how I absolutely should have trusted my gut when I felt the car was off. After closer examination I see a prominent deep scratch on my rim right next to the rip in the rubber.

A little bit of context: My car is a 2017 Camry and I just got new wheels put on about 2 months ago.
I have had a bent rim before from driving over a curb and have had to get it replaced. The moment it happened, I knew instantly. And I absolutely 100% remember all of the curbs I hit. (Which hasn’t happened in years.)

So I immediately call tires plus lake mary. Valerie Portalatin answers and I inform her that I am on my way back to the store so they can see the damage. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind that something happened during my tire rotation which damaged my wheel. She says okay and hangs up.

When I get into the store, it is completely empty, not a “sales teammate in sight”
Once the service manager sees me, Brandon Bailey, he comes out from the back and asked me what the issue is. I tell him that you just serviced my car and my wheel is damaged.

When we go outside to see my car, he starts speaking down to me like I am incompetent. He quickly states that I “must’ve hit a curb.” This rude, and sexist comment made me start shaking with anger. I repeatedly explained that a curb would not slice through a tire with a curve. Its simply not logical, nor plausible in my situation. Brandon Bailey continues to argue with me and states that the damage to my wheel is “impact damage”. And then he assumed I didnt know what a tire rotation was so he began acting out how it works. He mocked me as he gestured the removal and attachment of tires and then stated “You just don’t understand but a rotation wouldn’t cause that.”

WHICH 100% A normally conducted tire rotation would not cause that. Something I am fully aware of. However since there IS damage to my wheel, then CLEARLY someone made a mistake.

Regardless, after our dispute, he reluctantly said he would file a “claim” of some sort. He took 2 poor pictures on his personal phone of my wheel and then printed out another copy of my invoice and walked away. He probably trashed it later and never did anything with my “claim” I left angry and determined to get my wheel fixed.

I called corporate and filed a real claim.
I am getting the damages appraised and I will absolutely get compensation for the damages caused.

As for Brandon Bailey, I hope you learn how to act respectfully and professionally when interacting with customers. I believe the way you handled the situation was absolutely disgusting. You lied and were trying to manipulate me based off my appearance. You have completely underestimated me.

Tires plus Zephyrhills FL, They replaced my tire a few months ago, along with valve stems and sensors. We took it in 3 weeks ago for tire rotation and alignment. The lug nuts were loose and 2 tire’s almost came off and the tire light was on. When we contacted them they claimed it was not them and the sensor was bad. It just needed air but they were to lazy. They also refused to replace the missing lug nuts claiming someone else did it, but they have been the only ones to touch my car in the last 2 years.
