Faulty machine and unable to return
Sent a faulty machine and have had no help in returning the item. They repeat the same answer that they’re ’waiting for the courier to confirm’ this has been going on for weeks now and we are no closer to resolving the situation. Unfortunately we will have to take legal action. Do not recommend.

Compré una b200 hace un mes, la verdad que he quedado muy contenta. Compré el modelo B 200 V3. Me llamaron rápidamente. Me ofrecieron modelo versión que había salido sin pagar la diferencia.
He quedado muy sorprendida de la calidad de la estructura y de la cantidad de ejercicios que puedes hacer en la máquina. Yo que tengo poco tiempo es una solución muy buena para poder entrenar en mi casa. Cabe decir que es importante comprar la máquina con discos porque no los trae incluidos pero si trae placas de peso. No me imaginaba la verdad que quedase mi espacio de esta manera muy muy contenta.

However, the carrier’s internal procedures ended up taking longer than usual, which caused a delay in the shipment’s departure. We understand that this situation led to your decision to cancel the order, especially given the wait time.
We would also like to clarify that all information provided by our customer service team was based on the data we received directly from the carrier at each stage. We regret that this caused frustration or mistrust.
We know this is not the experience we want to provide, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Fortunately, this issue related to shipments to the UK due to documentation has already been resolved, and shipments are currently operating normally without such incidents.

TitleBEWARE: "UK" site ships from Spain, lies about tracking, and ignores customs paperwork.
Do not be fooled by their .co.uk website or UK phone numbers. This company (trading as Gym Company / Titanium Strength) ships heavy freight from Spain, and they are completely incompetent with logistics.
My experience:
I ordered equipment expecting a standard delivery. Instead, my shipment has been stuck on a warehouse floor in Barcelona for over 10 days.
They lie about status: Customer service (Siham) repeatedly emailed me stating my order was "correctly in transit."
The Truth: I had to contact the courier (Dachser) myself to find out the truth. The courier confirmed the goods had never moved because Gym Company failed to provide the mandatory export/customs paperwork.
The "Fix" was a lie: When I pointed this out, they claimed it was resolved. Hours later, the courier confirmed the paperwork was still rejected (CRA document error), yet Customer Service insisted everything was fine.
I have spent a week chasing their courier because they refuse to do their job. They will take your money instantly, but if there is a problem, you are on your own.
Bottom line: If you want your equipment to actually arrive, buy from a real UK supplier. If you want to spend your week translating Spanish tracking updates and being gaslighted by support, buy here.

Le 15 janvier toujours aucune livraison pour une commande à plus de 1600€
Inadmissible, les relance par mail sans réponse ils répondent seulement que je recevrai en mail quand ça partira en livraison. Aucune excuse aucun geste commercial rien.

This company about the customers once…
This company doesn't care about the customers once they have purchased the item. The machine I bought has several issues none have been rectified after a year of trying to contact them. They do not respond to any of your emails and when I have spoken to them on the phone Alex his very rude, abrupt and dismissive. I have no choice but to take action by other means as they are impossible to deal with. They refuse to communicate.
I would like to add regarding your comment below you have sent me the same parts you sent me the first time and they have not made a difference to the functionality. I like the way you say that it is resolved for the purpose of this review.
