titantoys.co.uk Reviews

Great company - stand out customer service, which is excellent and really rare these days! Would highly recommend.

Ordered from them in time for my sons birthday, these guys made the impossible happen, perfect customer service, an actual human answers the phone - overnight shipped a new battery and made the birthday unforgettable the kids loved it.

I wont look anywhere else going forward, these guys are the real deal and have real customer service.

Firstly, I’d like to mention the outstanding delivery service. Our house has an unusual layout, and we were distracted by another delivery when the courier arrived. Because our gate was unlocked, the delivery team went above and beyond. Instead of just dropping the incredibly heavy boxes at the front, they brought them right into the garden and placed them in the most perfect, convenient spot.
We had purchased the Airborne 10ftx7ft rectangle trampoline from Titan Toys. I bought this model because the online video showed two women assembling it easily. My husband panicked at the sight of the metal poles and bailed, but I was determined. At 5'2", I managed to assemble almost the entire frame and safety net by myself, only needing a lift from my husband when I had to attach the legs and at the end to shift the whole thing into position. It is a physical workout, but the engineering is so straightforward that a single mum managed it.
Once assembled, the sheer quality of the Titan Toys Airborne 10ftx7ft Rectangle Trampoline is immediately obvious. It feels incredibly solid, heavy-duty, and completely stable on the ground. The material used for the jumping mat is exceptionally thick and durable—it genuinely feels like it is built to withstand years of heavy use and weather. Safety was a massive priority for my three girls, and the safety enclosure net exceeded my expectations. It is made of excellent, high-grade mesh that is tightly woven and robust, giving me total peace of mind that it won’t fray or tear easily. You can tell Titan Toys did not cut corners on the engineering or materials.
I am an extremely happy customer, both with the stellar courier service and the top-tier quality of the product. I highly recommend Titan Toys!

We purchased a ride-on car from Titan Toys for our daughter and can't recommend their customer service more highly. Communication was quick, easy, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. It's rare to find a company this responsive and easy to deal with — couldn't recommend them more.

Bought a vulcan carbon car for my 2 year old, although she was a little young I can control it all from the remote control and she loved it.

Roll on a year and she is driving it everywhere on her own, including into everything and managed to brake it, I emailed richard asking if it was possible to buy a replacement part and within the hour it was in the post free of charge.

Couldn't ask for better service and would definitely recommend.

I recently bought the 24V Land Rover Defender 110 ride-on from Titan Toys for my 2-year-old son and I couldn’t be happier with it. He absolutely loves it.

The ride-on itself feels really solid and well built. One of my favourite features is the parental remote control. As my son is only 2, he’s still learning how to steer and use the controls properly, so it’s great being able to take over whenever he needs a bit of help or heads off in the wrong direction.

I also wanted to mention Richard, who was brilliant to deal with. I needed a replacement part and he arranged for it to be sent out by Royal Mail First Class at no extra cost. It arrived the very next day.

It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore. The whole experience has been excellent from start to finish and it’s clear Titan Toys cares about its customers. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a quality ride-on car.

Fantastic customer service. The swings are fantastic quality and competitively priced. Titan Toys pulled out all the stops to make a little boy’s birthday dream come true. Thank you Richard and the team for making this happen on such a tight timescale.

Really great products but the customer service offered by Titan Toys is my real takeaway from this company I had a couple of queries which were answered incredibly quickly with great knowledge. The swing chair from the purchased swing set was damaged by a courier and replaced quickly without me actually enquiring about a replacement, other queries I had were immediately answered. The team have great knowledge and really make you feel confident in their product knowledge and belief in their products. Absolutely outstanding and well deserving of a 5* review. Will most definitely purchase with this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them

Got a drift kart from them and been realy happy with it ! My son loves it and rides it day in day out ! Aaaaand one day , he managed to brake something in it , that's where Kriss came into play . I cannot praise enough the exceptional customer service quality , the quick replies and help with sorting out any issue . Thank you very much Titantoys and thank you Kriss . Will always recommend , and ofcourse , next year will get the bigger and stronger (faster) kart !

My son is absolutely delighted with his gift! The quality exceeded our expectations, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. It’s rare to find such a combination of a great product and exceptional support. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Checked out these swings on their website. Just what I wanted. Rang and spoke with a very friendly and most helpful representative . Paid for it and the swing was delivered the next day to my daughter in the north of Scotland. The build instructions are clear but they also offer telephone support should you need it. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Five stars is not enough. Highly recommend .

Outstanding service from these guys! Helped me through the ordering of a Ride on Defender for my Grandson - and when there was a bit of an issue with the delivery ( the delivery company - not Titan Toys ) - Kriss stepped in and got it sorted - and the car was delivered next day . So impressed with their customer service... oh - and the Car is Fab !

Wanted to leave a review as I bought one of their ride-ons for my Son for Christmas and did a fair bit of research prior to buying. There are a couple of businesses selling essentially the same cars and Titan Toys just edged it on price, but much more importantly, I called and spoke with a couple of the companies and Titan blew their competition out of the water in terms of customer service. This was then tested when I had a minor issue with a switch on the car. Richard at Titan couldn't have responded quicker or more efficiently to resolve the issue. He also called me to let me know what he'd sent out and give me some advice. My view of a company is mainly driven by the after sales experience, and if I was buying another ride-on, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Titan even if they were a little more expensive, as piece of mind is everything!

Thank goodness for these guys.

After making the mistake of buying a ride‑on car from Riiroo — which arrived damaged and overheated within 30 minutes of charging — I ended up speaking to the team at Titan Toys, and honestly, they were a breath of fresh air.

They couldn’t have been more helpful. They even offered to keep the store open late so I could pop in, and upgraded the postage so my daughter would have her replacement car in time. That alone was above and beyond, but it didn’t stop there.
When I got stuck building the car, they guided me through it step‑by‑step on live chat, with patience and genuine care.

I can’t rate them highly enough. Proper customer service, proper people, and a company I’ll absolutely be returning to when my daughter is ready for her next upgrade.

Five stars, well deserved.

Ordered the 24v Pro Drifter ™ Adjustable Kids Electric Drifting Go Kart for Xmas.

Very impressed, long battery life and car looks brilliant. 5yo loves it.

I purchased a 1000TT ride on car for my boys birthday and they were excellent to deal with from the first phone call! They answered all my questions and were really patient. I explained what I needed and they recommended me the perfect birthday gift! They even sorted out express delivery so it arrived in time for his big day.
Once it arrived I couldn’t charge it because of my mistake. I called them and they talked me through the process of getting it going. Without any issues the car worked perfectly. I managed to blow the fuse on the dashboard lights and they without any hesitation sent me a new circuit board to fit on. They have been great and I highly recommend them.

I ordered a 2 in 1 grow with me wooden swing seat for my granddaughter. Arrived promptly. I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness of the timbers and quality of the components. The eau de nil finish on the brackets make it look very classy. Easy to assemble. High quality end result. Had its baptism this weekend and was a complete success entertaining one very happy little girl.

I don't usually leave reviews but after a recent disappointment with another company about my order that they haven't shipped (it's been a month) I had an urge to leave something positive out there. The BMW 4 is great and our daughter loves it to bits! She was sceptical at first but she convinced herself eventually that it is fun! I've placed an order and it got shipped the next day. It was so quick and it's good to see companies still care about their costumers. The car arrived well packaged and it's such a good quality. Thank you guys so much! I'll definitely order from you in future :)

After a week, massive cracks all over, full length..contacted company and was told off, apparently normal with wood. don’t have confidence in safety of this their swing.

Excellent customer service. Replacement parts sent without hesitation for our 5 year old pro Drifter Go-Kart. One happy Drifter again.
