Excellent service for a shower replacement. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and gave sound advise. Workmanship was perfect, clean and tidy and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just had an old back boiler changed to a more modern combi. Terry and Dillion came round from TM HUGHES and did a great job very quick tidy and helpful. Would recommend this company. Very professional.

We had an issue with the controls on my mum's heating and hotwater boiler which was causing her worry. Pawel came out and replaced the valve promptly and Terry was very helpful on the phone to put my mum at ease and she is smiling again!

Good communication and the work completed well and on time

Came out at short notice on a Saturday afternoon go isolate a leaking radiator in kitchen -a week before Christmas.
Early January quoted and organised the replacement of all five radiators in bungalow plus towel rail. All done in a very timely manner - efficient, tidy and very happy with the result.-

Great service and fitting - quick and efficient - the boiler was in a cupboard and it was replaced with no same to the units or work tops.

Guys were well mannered and with total respect for the property they were working in.

I have no hesitation in recommending and will be using again for upgrades to part of my heating system.

Great service, professional, reliable and friendly from start to finish. Alex was very helpful with details to assist us selecting a replacement boiler with a date being scheduled quickly. The installation was carried out efficiently to a high standard with clear guidance on the operating instructions of the new boiler. The room being left hoovered and clean was much appreciated. I had absolute confidence in the engineer Terry P. He was so competent and knowledgeable, efficient and personable. The boiler was installed without any fuss, a blockage was also found and dealt with. Really pleased I chose this company. They have been totally efficient and trust worthy.

The team had someone come out to me quickly, was easily able to diagnose the issue with my immersion heater and fixed the issue there and then. Really professional and knowledgeable, honest and upfront fees - no additional charges - what you see on the site is what you are charged (unless you obviously need extra parts) etc. Will definitely use again. Terry came round to give a quote for a new combi boiler system and was very thorough, professional, explained how the work would be carried out and answered any questions. Once I accepted the quote for the work to go ahead I had a few queries and Terry came round again before starting the work. The work carried out was to very high standard- all new pipes & boiler were fitted neatly and tidily, boiler was put in the loft and they kindly put down flooring so if future work needed to be carried out it would be safe. All work carried out was explained to me even if I didn’t understand all of it but thought that was very professional to help the customer understand. I would recommend TM Hughes & Sons Gas Services. I will be using them again in the future!

Terry came to visit today and all can say is that he was brilliant. Explained everything to me in great detail, what needs to be done and what i can do to maintain the life of the underfloor heating system. Very fair with his pricing and once I have done my tests, he will be back to resolve. Really glad we made contact and would most definitely recommend TM Hughes to friends and family.

Work carried out to a high standard & a quick response to a tank emergency

Terry came to fix my boiler - there was a miscommunication so he came late. Though I wasn’t pleased about that, it was soon forgotten due to his very cheerful and helpful disposition. Fixed my boiler in record time, gave me a few tips. Definitely use them again for regular service.

Terry attended - on time - and quickly formulated a plan to discover from where the leak was emanating. He asked me to keep in touch over the next few days and I actually emailed him this evening expecting a reply in the morning. To my amazement he replied tonight! Superb service.

Terry's team responded quickly to my plumbing leak (water dripping through ceiling!). Found the problem, fixed it in double quick time and at a resonable price.
Highly recommended.
